Great tile selection. Friendly, knowledgable staff. The best tile place in town by far.

Love, love our new countertops and backsplash. Heather made the selection on the countertops so easy, allowing me to take home samples as often as necessary. Debra gave us the direction we were looking for with the backsplash. We couldn't be happier. 21 years ago, Tile Trends helped us when we were building our home and we're so glad they were there for us again this year to work on the remodel. Amazing selection, awesome staff! read more

Highly disappointed in their lack of customer service. We hired Tile Trends to replace a counter top in our bathroom with a double sink. Our contract stated they were not responsible for the plumbing. They however, did not make it clear that none of the plumbing would line up and the holes they created for the sinks and faucets in the new granite would not match up to our existing plumbing. They were unwilling to accept any of the plumbing costs associated with realigning the plumbing due to their variation on hole location from the original counter top. The plumber we used said they have had numerous customers with the same issue with Tile Trends. I would be very wary of hiring them for any replacement counter tops. I imagine that new builds would not have this issue as all the plumbing would be new and non-existing. Make sure to not make the same mistake and hire someone that clearly explains what to expect. read more

Spent 20 minutes in the store and not one person said hello. One lady was up front just chatting to a friend, and two sales people were in the back looking at a computer. I was prepared to spend a significant amount of money but the arrogance was overwhelming and I will take my business elsewhere. It's a shame because I always want to shop local. read more
