This time, I hired A&J to remove four dead trees from my property and also to grind three huge stumps on my property. And as with the last time they did work on my property, the combination of great equipment and the great people that they have, resulted in awesome work. This was also the first time that I used A&J do stump grinding on my property. In this, I was incredibly impressed with the machine that they have to do this work. It did an amazing job and completely eliminated all of the tree stumps, one being over 40 inches in width! As for the dead trees that were removed, three of them were covered from top to bottom with significant amounts of ivy and all four of the trees stood right on the property line of my yard. Two of the trees were even leaning over and into a neighboring property. With each tree, the team from A&J removed them with skill and talent and caused no issues with the yards of my neighbors. And after all four trees were taken down, they were all loaded up and hauled off the property. Along with this, they also raked and cleaned up all of the little debris from the work. The yard was spotless and clean when they finished the job. I truly cannot say enough good things about A&J. My neighbors felt the same, as they complimented the work in the days that followed. We asked them to convert carpet to laminate and the original estimate was about $3000. They ordered the material WITHOUT viewing our house first. After ordering it, we had to contact them multiple times to see if anything was being done and that was the only time that the project moved forward. After the material arrived, the contractors (that they hired) said they couldn't get started because BG Hardwood should have came to see the house before ordering the materials. This is when the estimate more than doubled to a total of $7000 because they said we never told them we had stairs (my wife confirms we told them this). New materials were ordered with us having to call and check the status almost daily. The contractors came back to install it where we found out they were smoking in our home Do not go with this company
