He promptly contacted me via phone and email and answered all our questions. He also sent us a sample report that was color coded so we knew that items in red were defective, items in purple were conditional, and blue items were typical. We knew we wanted a report like that! On the day of the inspection, we arrived a few minutes before the inspection time, and Peter was already there working. He stopped long enough to hand us a 3 ring binder with color photos of the home from the PVA site, along with other Information, and he even included blank pages so we could write down questions. The little things like that make a difference. He covered every inch of the house from the roof to the attic to the main floor to the crawl space. All along the way he took photos of all the issues. He spent a full 3+ hours there. A few hours later, he sent us our report with color photos with lines drawn to certain issues. He found some critical areas that another inspector could have easily missed. He also gave us a follow up call. Our realtor was so impressed with him that she said she plans on recommending him as well. Finally, Peter has a good personality. Home inspections can be tense situations, and he actually got a laugh out of me! You will be glad you chose Peter for your inspector!

The haunted forest was like stepping into a horror movie and seemed to go on and on. My favorite moment had no scares but walking up a spiral staircase was just so atmospheric, and that whole house was creepy as hell. It felt like a long journey through woods and old houses. Just perfect. By the end we were all tense and cracking up, jumping at our own shadows. I don't want to spoil anything but it was just a fun night of spooky scares and atmospheric chills. Definitely going to be a yearly tradition with us now. Big props to the 12 foot beast that roams. My son ran all the way home when that thing came at him (or would have if we didn't chase after him!)
