    We received the most awful customer service at this store from any business in the history of…read moreretail. After confirming a 2 hour time frame at 12:44 with an associate to pick up my on-line order, it was closer to 3 hours before I arrived. I phoned from the parking lot and the order had not been filled. I went in the store to see why we were still waiting to be told they couldn't get to it because now it was raining. The associate admitted speaking to me, but denied I gave him a time. I suppose we just talked about the weather. I left without my order, a tank of gas and 3 hours wasted.

It's been over 24 hours since I filed a complaint with Customer Care and supposedly the Regional Manager was going to return my call. I have not heard from anyone. Lumber Liquidators in Bowling Green is managed by terrible leadership. I entered the store on Saturday, January 18th for the very first time ever. The Manager continued to but in while the salesman, Brandon Wilson(according to my paper work) was talking to us. Brandon did a great job answering the questions that we had, and explaining the difference in between the types of underlayment. I returned to the store on Wednesday, January 29th to order the hardwood floor. I presented a check for the order to be placed, and I was asked to show my Driver's License which is to be expected. I was given a receipt and out the door I went. Hardwood finally arrived and I called the store to schedule a pickup on Wednesday, February 19th. Here is where the shopping experience really went South. Jeremy who I had spoken with on the phone was helping another customer, so the Manager had to assist us. I'm not sure he likes or needs to be in customer service. His attitude definitely says no. I presented a check from the same account that they accepted on January 29th as well as a second check to cover the balance. They were not able to accept the check this time. The check wouldn't go through the system, but it went through fine on January 29th. The check was drawn on a local community bank in Bowling Green, and they could of called the Bank and verified any information that they needed. I told the Manager that they accepted the check on January 29th without any problem. He stood there and looked me in the eye and said, I can't accept it. He didn't try to run it again or anything. WOW! After several comments back and forth, I said forget it and give me a refund. Guess his store doesn't need my business. I asked for a number to call to follow up on my refund, and he gave me 1-800-hardwood which is far from the correct number. Keep in mind he is the Manager of this store ....WOW RIGHT!! My refund will be mailed within ten days from corporate. I followed up with corporate office myself to let them know what quality management they have in Bowling Green. Can you believe a Manager would act this way? We all know that every computer system has a work around before you let a paying customer walk out of your place of business without them purchasing what you ordered for them I definitely recommend you shopping anywhere, but here for your hardwood flooring needs! Update: Well today is March 5th and I have yet to receive my $330.00 refund. I called Customer Care yesterday and they were supposed to overnight my refund and it's still not here!!
