We could not tell what was wrong since no breakers were tripped. I called JB Electric and had them come out and look at it. Ryan came out found that there was still electric reaching the fan and found out that the sensor in the fan had blown. He immediately went out to find a store that had a replacement. He came back shortly put the new remote sensor in and all was good and fine in no time at all. Ryan was friendly and did great work very rapidly. I said God yes, that would be great. The tech came out an hour and a half later. It was a fairly mundane problem and he fixed it quickly. He was friendly and helpful.I have deleted all the other HV/AC companies bookmarks and will definitely only call Lee Company if/when something happens. I cannot say enough good things about my interactions with Devin (I think) on the phone, then the dispatcher who took mercy on me, and the tech.
