The second time we were told the visible price on the merchandise was wrong........I said....Hmmm...but the price is ON the tag. Apparently it was incorrect. WELL. OKAY. We paid the higher price. The THIRD time we were told the price was incorrect I did point out the price on the tag. NO. I did press the point. The woman said the objects were worth more and if I didn't agree, I could leave the items. I left the items. At first we were upset. But then we realized there are so many other places we can go to spend our money.

Our first two experiences with PF were good, prompting us to reach out again. The sales and templater were positive and these two meetings led us to believe that the professional install we were paying for would also be positive. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. The installer arrived on his own and was attempting to move a counter in that had been cut too large. This led to excessive damage to the walls and door casing. The cutting down of the counter was done free hand rather than properly braced to create a straight edge. Rather than finishing off with caulking, installer told customer he would not caulk as many customers did not want caulk ("what??"). Regardless, this customer did! Overall, Flo Form never appologized for poor installation. So, even though they sent another service person out to caulk and said they would credit $150 for damage, they continued to tell customer, this is normal. Do better Flo Form!

Yes, this is why I needed to come here...I went all the way to the Southside to IKEA thinking (SO SILLY me) that it would have the caster for the table we own...yeah, no...the casters now are different on their furniture so that trip was wasted (and I wasn't about to buy another coffee table). Caster Town was my "shot in the dark" spot and after having been here for all of 15 minutes (thanks to a lovely and pleasant gentleman [Duane] who presides over this interesting place), I recommend ALL who need a caster replaced to come here! Bring in the one you are replacing and they will help you by having it or by recommending where you may be able to find it :-)
