Terrible experience, I DO NOT recommend Floform Countertops at all. It always seems great when it comes to the sales end, but our experience after was terrible. We are having issues with the countertops,and NO ONE will call us back to come and fix the issue. It seems now,they use an answering machine so no one has to talk,you can leave messages until your blue in the face, and you won't get a call back. Don't waist your money with Floform. read more

This is our third counter top with what I thought was PF Manufacturing, but learned from sales is now PF Flo Form. Our first two experiences with PF were good, prompting us to reach out again. The sales and templater were positive and these two meetings led us to believe that the professional install we were paying for would also be positive. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. The installer arrived on his own and was attempting to move a counter in that had been cut too large. This led to excessive damage to the walls and door casing. The cutting down of the counter was done free hand rather than properly braced to create a straight edge. Rather than finishing off with caulking, installer told customer he would not caulk as many customers did not want caulk ("what??"). Regardless, this customer did! Overall, Flo Form never appologized for poor installation. So, even though they sent another service person out to caulk and said they would credit $150 for damage, they continued to tell customer, this is normal. Do better Flo Form! read more

Horrible experience! I would actually rate this company -10. Go somewhere else. I called 3 of the main countertop companies and decided to go with this one as my initial call said if I ordered from stock, I would have my countertops in 10 days to 2 weeks. The sales rep that came to my home said it would be 10 days. 3.5 weeks later, after several calls and finally contacting the manager I had them installed. Once they take a large deposit they are not helpful at all, and you will end up speaking with management to get any kind of assistance. The second issue I had was once again with the initial call. I asked what the cost would be. I was told between $40 and $70 per lienier foot. I asked if there were any other costs involved, as this was my first time ordering countertops. I was told no. My invoice was double what I expected. Once again use another company that is honest and won't give you the run around. I really regret not going with custom countertops, they seemed great and were probably more honest about installation time and costs involved. By far the worst customer experience - I should have done more research and read more reviews. I was provided incorrect information about an install by 2 people, then when the counters came to be installed, we were told it wouldn't work so they ripped a piece off taking chunks out of my wall - which I was told were my problem. The counter piece also does not fit properly and there is a gap between it and my wall. Of course I was told by my initial contact that it was my problem, and I have been trying for months to reach someone to speak to and surprise, no answers and no return calls. I should have known right away when the sales person spoke poorly of other companies. Do not use this company - choose another local company. read more

Do not use this company. Save yourself money and stress and use anyone else. They are unprofessional, severely lack in customer service, professional consultant does not know her products, and they have no communication skills, every person you talk to has a different story. They only have an office here no production plant so all product is in Sask so you can't look at what is being installed and you are stuck with it when it shows up. Only interested in profit and doing what is easiest for them. Consultant did not ask me about sink or countertop profile and when it arrived and didn't like, they said that's what they always do, so not really interested in hearing what the paying customer wants. They mis-measured my kitchen countertop and wanted to use remnants to fix so they wouldn't have to re-order quartz. I would never recommend and anyone who comes to my house will see the job speaks for itself as the bathroom countertop has huge black streaks throughout (consultant did not advise of possibility) and backsplash in kitchen does not match the with the color of the countertops (talked out of what I initially wanted by consultant and she chose). After having spent over $17,000, I now have to redo the backsplash and the countertop in the bathroom. No recourse as I went through Costco.ca who use FloForm (sadly) and full amount had to be paid upfront. Save yourself money, as they are so much more expensive than other companies, and the stress of dealing with them. They only provided a quote with list of part nos and a total, but no individual pricing, and the Costco contract is a summary of the quote with just a total. So when I had to return the kitchen sink - cheap and rounded so even a glass couldn't stand up, and the soap dispenser - which was too big for the area without cutting the cabinet, they could refund me whatever they wanted as I have not pricing. They donated a miss-cut counter top to Habitat for Humanity's reStore. I want to buy this mis-cut and pay them to re-cut this counter top from this not for profit business. They will not cut it because it is now a '3rd party stone' I confirmed with staff if they could cut it - they simply will not cut it by choice. Looks like all the were after was the tax receipt on their garbage. read more

We're quite disappointed with this company. Compared with other companies they are significantly more expensive than the others. This company also partners with Costco. We had an appointment to have a representative come to the house but he failed to appear and didn't call us to apologize. Another rep called two days later as if nothing had happened. When I told him that the other rep had not honoured our appointment, he claimed that the other rep had some sort of personal emergency. In my view it was just an excuse. We should have been called when the rep chose not to attend at our home. We opted for another supplier. read more

We initially enter talks with floform after a Costco referral. They talked us into a different plan and it seemed reasonable. Unfortunately three weeks passed after the initial chat before there was any more communication at which time they returned the phone call and let me know they were ordering product and then we're going to bill my credit card. 5 weeks after that they responded to my emails and phone calls and advised someone be by within a couple of weeks. 3 weeks later when I called again they set up an install time. The installers were kind and seem knowledgeable but unfortunately the countertop ordered did not really fit the space as well as they expected it to. Now there's a giant Gap against the wall because the countertop does not fit in square. I guess that's my problem but I would have thought a professional was more prepared for it, especially given the time prior to actually doing the install. They never issued a formal receipt to me and have not been responding to my email request for one. Overall I think given the service level I could have paid a lot less money or giving the cost the service level should have been a lot higher. At your own risk people read more
