I ordered three separate orders one for the guest bedroom one for my laundry room and one for a feature wall in the living room. They have done nothing but screwed up every single order. I waited eight weeks for the cabinets for the living room wall and they sent the wrong color. They wanted me to take them, but I would not because they were the wrong color and they expected me to wait another eight weeks for new cabinets to come in so they had to return my $9000 deposit. Then in the laundry room, I ordered a cabinet for the mops and brooms and vacuum cleaners. They did not tell me that I had to order two smaller cabinets to do that instead they ordered me one large cabinet, which had a shelf in the middle. Which had to be cut out and it ruined the inside of the cabinet they did send me a skin for it, but it was more expense for my Carpenter ref fabricate the inside of this cabinet And then in the office, I ordered cabinets around my Murphy bed. I told him I wanted solid wood cabinets. The designer did not give me anything when I was there. She said she'd email it to me. I could never open up the email to see it. they were supposed to be salad cabinets on the bottom with Pull out drawers, which is what how they came, but the tops were supposed to be open cabinets with glass shelves and glass doors, and they did not order any doors for any of the cabinets. And then for the laundry room, I also ordered a stainless steel shelf. I have been waiting 15 weeks for it. They won't let me cancel it. I've already bought something else. And it's never been shipped and I've never received it Katie, the owner or manager has told me they were going through a transitional period but I certainly got the blunt of their transition If you think you're gonna go to ProSource, do not go there there is a cabinet company Cabinets that is much cheaper than Lowe's or ProSource and they're totally custom I'm telling you buyer beware You will have nothing but problems with And then they try to put it off on you that it's your problem when it's their problem and they won't express or admit that it's their problem Do not order from ProSource in Vero You definitely will have nothing but problems

Found East Coast Tile and Terrazzo Supplies on Old Dixie Highway in Vero Beach. I called them and told them what I needed. The woman said they have many sizes in stock and come on down. In five minutes I got an exact replacement and installed it at home in 15 minutes. The price was very reasonable. When we remodel would use East Coast for our tile purchases

Quartzite had sharp edged chips at seam at kitchen sink faucet. When it was repaired the guy used a dark gray filler vs the light one that was used on all other seams and were invisible. The surface of the slabs except at coffee bar, we're not polished very well. The dishcloths drags and snags so we had to find and buy a product to try and help the irritating situation. Due to this poor customer service we will not be contracting Abbate to place any of the backsplash and accents we had selected from them!

The woman answering the phone has an attitude and doesn't want to consult someone else who might be able to answer our question. They didn't have much of a selection when we went there. A man in the office then referred us to a place in Miami that supplies their granite. We did some research on our own and found out that that same supplier has a location in West Palm Beach, which is much closer for us.
