Not sure What the review from LUCY is about. I went to the office and was greeted by Peggy & Patty. What a pleasure. I came looking to purchase a window for my bedroom project. My contractor gave my measurements so I went to order and pay. Unfortunately no sales person was available. They reassured me I would be contacted as soon as someone returns. About the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It took weeks to get a call back to place an order even though they had already been out, measured etc. Materials took longer than promised, some were back ordered as well, which they neglected to mention until delivery. They delivered the doors half a day late, without the hinge halves they were supposed to put back on after milling the new doors. Then it turned out they cut all the hinge spaces the wrong size, also causing all the screw holes to be in the wrong location. So they came and took them back. Despite missing work for this scheduled installation, they have yet to bother to call me or tell me when I might expect the work re-done properly... They must have too many customers because they don't care about the ones they've got! read more

I needed a door for my shop. Vero Beach millwork was recommended by a friend so I called them. The person I needed was out of the office so I left a message to call me. No return call. So I called back a week later and left another message, no return call for another week. I called a third time and told them I wasn't into begging someone to do business with me but if they stopped ignoring me, we could proceed. That was a bad idea on my part. They did not give me what I ordered and they refused to take the door back, even though it was their fault. I will not be doing business with them again. They are unreliable and untrustworthy. read more
