Our overhead garage door that was installed in 2002 was showing its age and was not hurricane…read morerated. It was time to replace it with an impact rated door. I contacted four contractors for bids on replacing the door. Three of the four responded same day and visited our property the following day to inspect and provide a bid. I had previously done business with Doors & More for repair work on a different property and was very pleased (see YELP review dated 11/05/2020) with their performance and pricing. The inspection was informative as I was presented with options for the door replacement. He provided descriptive brochures which detailed the different options. I opted for a Hurricane Master brand door with insulation. The pricing from Doors and More was in line with the two other bids and I chose to do the project with Doors and More based upon my previous good experience with them. Doors and More is a stocking dealer for Hurricane Master and had the door in stock. I signed the contract, made the required down payment and they immediately applied for the permit. That was on 6/23/2023. The door was installed just a few days after the building permit was granted. That was 7/6/2023. The installers were pleasant and efficient. The old door was removed and the new door installed and tested in under two hours. They cleaned up after themselves and with the exception of a new door in place you never would have known that they were there. The office manager was efficient in scheduling the permit inspection after the installation. I wish all businesses performed in the honest, friendly and efficient manner that I have experienced with Doos and More of the Treasure Coast.

Dave came right out and helped my wife redesign our closets, turns out he did the original install for Regatta builders who built our home. He was knowledgeable, personable and very impressive by answering all of my questions. He believes in his windows and his enthusiasm is evident in what he does. Customer Service kept me updated while the windows were being constructed. Once they were ready, the rep fully explained what to expect on the day of installation. He was very accommodating in scheduling the install date to my needs. The day of installation, Joe, the crew supervisor, called me when they were on their way giving me an ETA. I had thought of additional questions before they began. He called the office and put me in touch with Kourtney. She was professional in handling my questions and assured me with kindness and understanding. Joe and his crew of six took over and got to work immediately. Two men worked together on a window. They were efficient, fast and you could tell they knew what they were doing. It was amazing how they could do what they do with each of them knowing what their responsibilities are without saying a word. They just got after it and finished my home in less than a day. Each of them was respectful of me and my home. They moved furniture that was in the way and covered things in the open. They cleaned up so well before they left, there wasn't a piece of dust or dirt anywhere. During the day, their manager, Michael, stopped by to check in and make sure I was happy with the progress and if I had any concerns. He walked me around the house to make sure I could see everything they were doing. Nathan, the sales rep, also stopped by before the day was over to make sure I was pleased with the job. The windows are even better than what I expected! They make an immediate difference in the appearance of each room. One of the best things when looking through them - the colors and clarity outside are move vivid. I have noticed an immediate quietness in suppressing sounds from the outside. My favorite window is the one that opens from side to side. I just can't say enough how great these windows are! Like I said, H & M Windows are truly fantastic. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the windows but the company and employees are also the best. I highly recommend H & M Windows and wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

A sales rep Jimmy came out within days and, after several hours of conversation and measurements, we got a design and quote that we agreed upon. He warned us that, with the economy and supply chain issues, it could take a year to complete. They broke ground the following week and made good time through the summer and fall. Miraculously, they completed the project six months EARLY; and on rare occasions when I expressed a concern, someone called within a few minutes or the next day - and if we needed action on something, they made that a priority. At one point, the owner interceded and gave me his cell number so that he could respond. The bottom line - we're extremely happy with our new solar heated saltwater pool, lanai, cement deck, new irrigation and landscaping. I don't know how another company would've performed but, when I mention Crystal, our friends and neighbors nod knowingly. For my wife and I, their excellent reputation is well deserved.
