Our air conditioner stopped working and we needed a part that we ended up trying to find at Home Depot, our local location did not have it but she found us one up in Melbourne in New Haven and I couldn't be happier with her customer service not only her friendliness but also her determination to help us find that part. We drove up and we were able to purchase and it saved the day. I wish I would've gotten her name, she was a little bit of an older lady beautiful inside and out. She is the epitome of customer service!

The technicians showed up late if at all and barely working longer than 3 hours, rushed through the job without properly securing anything, and left in a hurry. Literally minutes after they drove away, the entire hood started sagging and the ductwork came crashing down, dangling like a sad snake from the wall. The image speaks for itself--shoddy brackets, exposed foil tape failing everywhere, and holes in the drywall that look like they were punched by amateurs. Now my kitchen is a mess, with potential fire hazards from the poor venting, and I have to pay someone else to fix their incompetence. Avoid this company at all costs; they're unprofessional, careless, and clearly don't care about quality or safety. Zero stars if I could!

Custom design, with wetedge surface, and screened enclosure. The pool looks great and I love. I would recommend them again. Only 4 out of 5 stars for the following reasons: -a couple of pieces of tile were installed chipped -Gave NO hardware documentation, which is causing a HUGE pain when trying to register for the manufacture warranty. I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.

They also just opened a petting zoo in the back, & you can pay $3 to pet the animals. It's a great spot to stop at when in the area when you are getting strawberries at the farm. This is my second visit, & this time around I had my strawberry passport, so they gave me a metal dragon fly that I can display in my garden. Really love this place, and if you love the outdoors and gardens, this is the place to visit!
