They have what they call "convenience packs" which are smaller bags of qty 2-4 fasteners. Not all sizes are available in convenience packs. Special orders tend to take a few days. They seem to have access to basically any fastener you may need. Also a good source for abrasives and other shop tools. I have found some fasteners I needed were not available in small quantity and still ended up going to Lowes (just down the road).

I asked to speak to his supervisor who asked the salesperson if he had contacted the manufacturer, to which the reply was "no". The Supervisor said they would call the manufacturer and get back to me by the end of the day. It's almost 8 pm and I have't heard from Allied Building Products yet tonight. This was a complicated miter buildup project and I can not be more thrilled with Elite Design. Derick came to template and he was right on the time we were scheduled. They are very high tech, I have seen wooden templates but Elite came to measure with a high tech laser. Tomas and Paul were great and very professional at the install, I can tell they have many years of experience in stone work. The install did take about 6-7 hours but it was interesting too see them work. The fabrication took 2 week as this was a complicated project but the finish effect was spectacular. They had some gorgeous flowers designed to hang from a door or window and some nice potted plants. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The hardware store looked super stocked as well. It was pretty busy when I stopped by but that's expected since it's the season!
