Chicken tacos and Tiki masala
Richard F.

"NEW. QUALITY. BOLD FLAVORS. REVOLUTIONARY." Opened 4 months ago. This new restaurant introduces you with a fusion of Mexican/ Indian. Chicken tacos: so succulent and flavorful! Reminded me of chicken AL PASTOR. High quality chicken breast, so juicy and packed with flavor! You definitely need to try this. Get lime and cucumber on the side -recommended. Sauces: cilantro chutney and a savory chipotle mayo Chicken Tiki Masala: they used quality white meat (chicken breast), cooked to perfection, everything was juicy and the sauces complimented this dish very well! This will be the perfect meal if you are cutting at the gym because you have low carbs, high quality, protein ! I will definitely be back to try the rice as well and I will definitely be telling everybody I know about this place!

This place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and the food is incredible! The food takes a little while to arrive but it's absolutely worth it. We had the butter chicken with naan, paneer tacos, and the chicken tikka burrito. Everything was incredible and we will absolutely be back very soon. Don't sleep on this place!

Omg talk about a new gem! Don't be distracted by the inside(you can tell it was an old Mexican restaurant). I drove all the way here from Ahwatukee to try. The woman who helped us was so nice and gave some decent recommendations. The food was made fresh to order in about 15mins. As someone who is new to Indian food and flavors, based on what I ate and received, I know this place is offering exceptional flavor/seasoning/char/portions etc. The garlic naan, ‍. I even took some home, heated it up and it didnt get hard. All of the leftovers were just as good the next day. Im looking forward to seeing this place grow and will definitely be back.

Tikka Masala Burrito

The burrito was SO GOOD. Service was phenomenal - the gentleman at the front counter was super nice & thorough. He highlighted some specialities, the cultural backstory, and his personal favorites. All while answering some questions for our first time in. Definitely will be coming back to try more!!! Great addition to the neighborhood.

Mural lobby with additional seating.

This was a great little spot for a fusion of Mexican and Indian food. The shrimp tacos were delicious!! They had a naan type taco shell instead of a tortilla. The Biryani I ordered was supposed to be mild but ended up being spicy. They remade it without me asking. The lady at the front came to ask how was everything and I told her it was a bit too spicy for me and she had the cook remake the order but this time it was actually mild.

Stumbled across this restaurant and really enjoyed the TnT Special Chicken Biryani and the Chicken 65.

Tried this fairly new restaurant that was opened few months ago. This is a fusion restaurant (Indian and Mexican). Ordered a paneer taco and paneer burger. It's basically paneer curry in a taco and similar curry in the burger too. Curry flavor in them is delicious. But it was a bit strong and would pair even better with rice. Fries we got with burger were soggy with no salt. Serving sizes were small compared to other locations. Service was quick as we got a take out. Nice interior but exterior looked a little weird. Have decent parking space.

Masala nachos

This place is the best. Stopped in on a week long road trip and this was our favorite of every restaurant. We got the masala nachos, lamb tacos, and paneer tacos. We asked if it could be spicy and the chef was very accommodating! The food all came out hot as well! The ambiance is very clean and there are booths. The staff is really nice and I am so sad that I can't go back ASAP! Wish I could try everything.

The name is striking. Any Indian / Mexican fusion restaurant will catch my attention. The restaurant is fast casual which I liked. I ordered the paneer tikka masala. It tasted as expected, a little more paneer may have capitulated to 5 stars.

Lamb tacos, chicken tikka burrito and Masala nachos.

Delicious, clean and bright. Ordered the lamb tacos - super flavorful and looked to be on the small side however the lamb seemed to be braised and had very good flavor and spice. Even with the smallish size, it was good. Split it with a friend so I got to try half of the chicken tikka burrito. There wasn't the typical rice as filler so lots of chicken, lettuce and pico. It came with 2 sauces on the side and I enjoyed the green (maybe cilantro based) sauce. The masala nachos were very good- lots of Masala sauce and if it had a protein, it would be a complete offering. The mango lassi was cool and refreshing. The person that took our order was very helpful with suggestions and checked in a couple of times.

Let's skip the parking drama and get to the food and restaurant. Well stocked bar although I didn't partake of adult beverages today. Instead I did the non alcoholic mango lassi (I had this drink for the 1st time at my new favorite Indian buffet & it was phenomenal there) so I tried theirs and it was banging too. Interior is nice Indian music playing and multiple TVs going some with Indian cooking, Indian dance, and news. When you come in greeted and seated quickly. If you see my other reviews when I go to any special ethnic restaurant, when I see their culture eating there you already know it's going to be TASTE BUD HEAVEN. I did the chicken curry Tika masala, the bao bun, and garlic naan. Yup it was good as Heck. 5 stars every dish. Very pleased. I'm so relaxed with the music I want a coffee but I'm full. You don't have to order rice in addition to the chicken tikka masala if that's what you order, which is nice. I am glad that this is the case because it was a little more than what I was expecting to spend. However, I do think that the price was okay for dinner. Another note that I will offer about the food is that they do allow you to customize the spice levels, which is nice. The service was more than I had ever expected, especially for just having placed a to go order. They allowed me to sit inside the restaurant while I waited for my food, noted that I was waiting on my order so that it would come out in a reasonable time, and also offered me a to go water while I was waiting. The containers that my food came in are honestly ones that I could reuse. The ambience of the restaurant is also nice. There is a nice patio with different types of seating to accommodate all needs. The inside has a nice bar and they have music playing at a volume that allows you to listen, but it's not too loud. There is also a separate parking lot across the street that is reserved for customers of the restaurant, which is really nice since it is located in downtown. I will definitely be coming back to dine in.

Owner Nigel Lobo moves through the dining room not like someone inspecting his domain, but like a gracious host welcoming friends into his home. But here is where he enters the realm of the legendary: he remembers. A month ago, a dessert was unavailable. Nigel came to our table personally, apologized, offered two complimentary desserts, and promised chai biskoot on the house next visit. Most people forget. Not Nigel. On April 17th he kept his word without being reminded. And when we mentioned mid-meal that we had forgotten to order panipuri -- not even complaining -- he smiled and sent out two plates on the house. The food is magnificent -- elevated, soulful Indian cuisine that is both traditional and modern. But what INDIBAR truly serves is the increasingly rare dish of being made to feel seen. Five stars feels insufficient.

The food tastes like someone cares, and it's kept fresh and rotating instead of sitting there dying under heat lamps. This is one of the few buffets where I don't feel like I'm compromising quality just because it's a buffet. The garlic naan deserves its own paragraph. It's legitimately great, and it's dangerously easy to keep grabbing just one more piece. Easily one of the highlights and clearly something they do right consistently. Menu-wise, the usual favorites show up for a reason. Chicken tikka masala, saag or palak paneer, biryani, vindaloo. Portions are generous if you order off the menu, and they're generally willing to adjust spice levels if you ask. Service is friendly and straightforward. The service is excellent and our server, Angelica, was no exception to the many great servers we have met over the years. Her passionate input on our selections was extremely helpful. They have a full bar. On this trip, the $44 steal of a price included 3 courses and a side of rice or naan. We started with the Bhelpuri Avocado which is like a mix of puffed rice and avocado. The contrast of the crispy rice and flavorful and creamy avocado was a server suggestion and I am thrilled she did. The table next to us was also vocally registering their excitement with the dish. My wife went with the Parsi Lamb Keema which is like having the popular street food, Pav Bahji with a fantastically flavorful lamb stew with just the right amount of heat, served with buns like sliders. For the main courses we had the ever popular and best ever Butter Chicken made even more enjoyable with a dip of the Garlic Naan made fresh in house to order. Super tender naan. I went with the other server suggestion of Fish Curry which was an incredible mix of very crisp exterior yet moist interior sea bass swimming in a delicious curry. Never ordered before but again, thank you Angelica. Finally desert was the Gulab Jamon Cheesecake. Unique and very tasty ending to a fantastic meal.
