I ordered 3 pins Hula Girl, Rosita, and Jose. All of the pins were very nice. Heavy in weight, very colorful and intricately detailed. I have been collecting tiki things now for about a year and a half and Tikiland Trading is one place that I would recommend checking out. Awesome products, awesome selection, and awesome artists!! One thing though, if you pre order one of the new styles, prepare to wait on it. I will say this, it is definitely worth the wait. read more

Wonderful nostalgia in 5-star quality items. so far I have purchased a few tiki mugs, a number of cocktail glasses and a camp shirt, all with amazing retro designs and always top-notch quality. I need to be careful with the tiki mugs, though, because they have teal obsessive potential. Highly recommend and if the design aura works for you, have no fear that the quality of the products will live up to their coolness. read more

Im really impressed with the quality and design of Tikiland Trading. My latest purchase was a Woopsie mug but as far as I can tell it looks just fine to me. They really go out of the box with the designs and quality. Im going to spend way too much money with this company. . Plus it really fits my theme. read more

I recently started collecting tiki mugs, and I'm a collector of pinup art. My wife sent me a link to Candy Wild's Creature Girl tiki mug at Tiki Land, and bought it immediately. I was able to use a new customer $5 off coupon. The mug was shipped very quickly and damage free. I'll be on the lookout for any new pinup themed tiki mugs. read more

It has been 11 months since I placed my order and I still have no clue if it will arrive. There are no updates as to when my order might be fulfilled. Others have received their mug but I am still waiting. I do not recommend purchasing from them if you want to give something as a gift. read more

Always a great experience ordering from Tikiland Trading! Great communication and prompt shipping. Many items are available for pre-order, but they are very good about keeping you updated! Highly recommend for those Tiki fanatics out there! read more

I bought several mugs from these folks. They rarely look like the promo pics. Colors are consistently duller than in the photos. They have never shipped anywhere near the anticipated release date. I can deal with all that. The straw that broke this camel's back was their customer service. They would only issue store credit for a return of a small duplicate order that I had not yet received (and that UPS said had not been shipped. I had another order in queue for anther $400 or $500. I kept the duplicates and cancelled the big order and haven't so much as looked at their stuff since. Tiki Farm, Lost Temple, Trader Vic's, etc. are getting all of the money I'd have spent with Tikiland. Sometimes the bird in the hand isn't the smart play. read more

If you are into Tiki, you should be looking here. Good products, good variety, good service. Always keep in mind, though, that these are unique items produced in relatively small batches, so some items you want might not be available at any given time. read more

I have a problem, my problem is that I can't stop buying amazing tiki mugs from these people. My wife doesn't help, I show her something and expect her to talk me out of it. And then she is like OH THATS REALLY COOL. I now own an army of bird mugs... but I am happy about it. In all seriousness, amazing products. read more

Aloho and Mahalo to the Tiki trading company and Tiki Tony's amazing works! I got a tiki mug that was Nightmare before Xmas inspired and gave it to a friend whos a big fan of the movie, so I hope I got some bonus points with her, and make my way to potential boyfriend material. All their mugs and art are fantasic! Love the company and the people behind it! Cant wait for more awesome things read more

Update: I received an email that my order was cancelled and refunded. One item shows as no longer available on their site but the others were. It feels like my entire order was cancelled because it was easier than sending out what they did have available. Incredibly disappointed as some of the tiki mugs I ordered were intended as gifts. Strongly recommend against going with Tikiland. read more

Love this shop! I had to narrow down my tiki mug coection so now I try to keep to creepy tiki mugs (skulls, monsters) and normally try to buy them from tiki bars I visit but I HAD to buy the hermit crab skull mug (hermits trophy). Totally worth it! It was a reasonable price, great quality, gets a lot of attention, and shipped fast and safe. I also ordered an awesome luggage tag which is so unique and perfect for me. It's such great quality for a great price. Highly recommend! read more

A year of pure joy!!! I placed my very first TikiLand Trading order back in September 2024, and now--just over a year later--I've placed more than 60 orders (yes, really!). From mugs and shirts to swizzle sticks and beyond, every single item has arrived perfectly packed, protected, and bursting with life. The mugs are vibrant, full of personality, and genuinely radiate happiness--each one feels like it has its own spirit. You can tell how much care and creativity go into every design and how thoughtfully the team packages each order. It's the kind of company that makes you smile every time a box shows up at your door. TikiLand Trading has turned my home bar into a tropical escape, one shipment at a time. Here's to another year (or 60 more orders!) of tiki magic! read more

I have ordered a tiki mug before and ordered a new tiki mug again from Tikiland Trading company. Both times I experienced excellent service. THE MUGS looked even better in real life. Recently I received the crab skul mug from the woopsi section. I didn't see any difference from one that wasn't in the woopsi section. The mug was perfect. Im so happy with it. I had ordered two more mugs that are on back order. I can't wait to see them. All the mugs I have received were work of art. Thank you Tikiland Trading company. read more

This company has the largest inventory of tiki mugs and other tiki products I've found on the web. Many are unique and quite impressive. However, their option to pre-order is an exercise in frustration and abysmal customer service as you pay upfront and are stuck with however their fulfillment schedule plays out. The first mug I pre-ordered arrived in 4 months, as advertised. The second took 8 months. I was told it would be on it's way shortly when I inquired about the delay. We disagree on the definition of "shortly." The last mug I ordered took 14 months to arrive. Repeated excuses. None satisfactory. They did offer a mug at a discount, but spending more money with them seemed like an unwise decision. I might also mention that the gazes can be much darker and a different finish than what is featured on their website. Photographing their prototypes in full daylight isn't representative of the true appearance of their mugs. My advice is to stick with what's currently in stock. Bankrolling their production run a year out, interest-free, doesn't work for me. read more

I order so many products from Tikiland Trading Company, that I have had to buy furniture to house it. Like a lot of it. I believe I own more than 100 mugs and like 20 aloha shirts. I am not a huge fan of the wait, but the quality makes up for everything. read more

The products are great. The issue is that they put EVERYTHING on pre-sale, with an estimated shipping date that is usually a span of 4-6 months away. That's fine, I don't mind waiting. But when it's been well over a year and you still don't have your items that have been PAID IN FULL 16+ months earlier and they do not respond, it's not fine. Mai Tai glasses that are pre-orders have shipped in a timely manner, usually right around their estimate. The tiki mugs are the issue. DO NOT pre-order tiki mugs unless you're happy waiting two years if you even get them at all. Instead just look for anything on the site that is already in stock. Note that many of those may have issues. Defects in paint or glaze and some are listed as decorative use only. Just read the fine print. read more

Great Bar Accessories, Very Colorful and very TIKI. I love my Bar Mats. Great quality swizzle sticks as well. Would highly recommend browsing this store to enhance the TIKI vibe in your home, bar or TIKI Room. Thank you Tikiland ‍ read more

Was disappointed with the timing of their pre-oder as it took over a year (months longer then they said) to get the mug. Thought I would give them one more chance and was charged 3 different times for one purchase. Bad costumer service to try and resolve it. I won't ever be buying from here again. read more

I purchased the Jeff Granito Lost lagoon Tiki Mug and when it arrived, you could clearly see it's lop sided. The mug that arrived leaned to the right. There was also a patch on the grip/side of it that had missing clear coat/finish. I felt that since this mug is $79 and not $17, the quality was well below where it should be for the price. I questioned if it was a "Whoopsies". I emailed the "contact us" address and explained the situation. After a few days I received a response from Abby and was told she would look into it. More days passed and then I sent another email asking were there any updates. She had responded that she found another one but wanted me to see it. If I was ok with it, Abby would cover the shipping of the replacement but it was still unclear who was paying to return the lop sided one in my possession. After looking at the potential replacement, it was clear that mug had the same leaning issue, but this leaned to the left. The fact this mug is $79 and looks like this is disappointing. This was my first experience using Tiki Land trading and my last. I have a collection of mugs from various bars and never had an issue of such an obvious defect. While I understand these mugs are unique and this specific one has a vertical design that could make it more difficult to make, it's $79 and they're crooked. Make it straight or lower the price. read more

We've ordered two tiki masks in different color schemes and are nearly at a loss for words - the quality and sheer impact of these are beyond anything we could have hoped for. They are simply awe-inspiring.  The artists struck a perfect balance between making them feel substantial and sturdy (the edges are 3/4" thick with absolutely no flex) yet light enough to be functional as wall decor (at 4 1/2 lbs). The paint is immaculately applied and the online shop photos accurately represent how they look. Ours were "Made to Order - Ships in about 1-2 months" and were shipped 21 days after our order. These could have been in a Disney theme park attraction they are so jaw-droppingly well executed - we are very grateful for TTC making these available!!! read more
