Ted was nice enough to also check my low idling problem and fix my issue of dying out with quick revs. All of my business will be done here from now on. Is it cheap to fix your bike? Not as cheap as people think, but maintenance service and replacement of worn parts on your motorcycle is also not to bad. Stay on top of your maintenance. People may not realize what a delicate instrument a motorcycle is, and mine is 10 years old! Call around and you will see that Ted's prices are competitive and he is passionate about bikes and fixing them correctly. He has my business from now on. More parts to come. 4/6/19 Just picked up my bike from Ted. I had valve adjustment done, new intake gaskets, and front fork rebuild (probably from wheelies). The problem is that you can't really see any of that. So I also opted to get LED lights installed. You know, for visibility at night (riiight...). As always, Ted does amazing work and my bike (I wanna say purrs like a kitten...but) ROARS like a lion!!! Yes, fixing a bike is expensive and if you can't afford quality work, perhaps you don't make enough to be a bike owner (or do your own wrench work). Ted is the man. Thanks again Ted!

Wicked combination of knowledge, craftsmanship, and talent. The three make an awesome team. They've installed my exhaust, cam, air suspension, tune, and resolved an alignment issue I had. All 3 of them have earned my repeated business.

Not only does SMP sell awesome motorcycles, they also do State inspections. We didn't have an…read moreappointment, but they were able to take us after a short 40 minute wait. The clerk was aloha friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. After thoroughly inspecting the car, he made several recommendations for our classic car and explained the needs. We replaced a required lightbulb so the car would pass inspection. I highly recommend SMP if you need service for your bike or inspection for your vehicle. Parking is limited and difficult to find in the complex. Probably it's best to call for an appointment.

My clutch cable parted and I was stuck in first gear. I had a slightly complicated delivery uphill, at a weird angle on my driveway, sandwiched between another car on a little bit of driveway and grass. He was attentive to the angle that he left the bike at so that it would not fall onto the car parked next to it, all of this while the bike was stuck in first gear. Again he was able to pick it up without me being there, and took payment painlessly over the phone. I've never met him in person yet, but when I do I will be sure to give him a high-five & shake his hand and tell him thank you for his amazing customer service. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend using this service for all of your motorcycle towing needs. He dropped everything he was doing to come pick my bike up and quoted me a very reasonable price for that kind of service coming from the other side of the island. Don't look for anybody else; you have all you need right here! FIRST REVIEW: I am very satisfied with my experience. He got to my bike when he said he would, he was professional and courteous on the phone. His prices were better than anybody else. And settling up for payment was a cinch. It was no stress on my part to have my bike picked up. He was able to pick it up without me there, and except payment over the phone. I would highly recommend his service. Should I need a motorcycle tow again I will call here first.

I was really nervous about going into the Bike Factory today because of reading all the reviews. I…read moreknow nothing about bikes but I was hoping to get some knowledge before jumping in and buying bicycles for my kids. Walked in the door, and surprised when I wasn't ignored. Even if the greeting was behind the desk, that was still nice that someone acknowledged my existence. Then, out comes someone different. His name was Alex and he was so nice and friendly. He told me all about the differences between bikes and what I should look for when choosing the right bike for my kids. Told me the interesting fact about why girl bike frames used to be different and now it doesn't really matter. Just incredibly patient and he never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or a waste of time because I wasn't looking to buy... right now. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and his ability to make me feel comfortable in a setting that I wasn't, was a pleasant surprise. He told me all the things that the bike factory could assist with if we did purchase a bike such as changing the tires, brake pads, etc. which even if we are not avid bikers, was still great information. I would hope that if and when I go back again, I get Alex to help out. He was awesome.

Long story short, but we bought 4 brand new Stacyc bikes for my children for Christmas, go to plug in the batteries to charge my son's 18 inch bike which cost me mind you $1800. The battery was not working. So I couldn't even give my son his Christmas gift on Christmas because the battery was not charging. I had to wait for after Christmas until they opened the following day to go and replace the battery and they still wanted me to place it under warranty, which that would've taken weeks to get replaced and if I hadn't give. my opinion on it that I just bought the bike. This is not my fault that the battery does not work and I want a battery today. They are responsible for checking to make sure the battery and bike is working when we leave out the door cause they do have a policy once you buy the bike and leave the store. It is nonrefundable. So I said I will not leave without a brand new battery for my son's brand new bike that was supposed to be a Christmas gift so that was already terrible news to my son! Then my daughter's smaller 12 inch bike. They ride it through the dirt got some mud on it and it started to smoke and then they wanna claim that the mud had ruined the motor which I highly doubt it because the mud was just on the frame and the tires, but because of the mud on the bike, they wanna claim the mud has ruined the motor and want me to pay out-of-pocket which I had just purchased the bike for Christmas and it was still technically under the 90 day warranty! But they called and said it's not covered, right on Stacyc! Will never be buying that brand of bike probably any brand of Bike from Bike factory again! ! !

I was leaving the mililani area heading home (westbound) and was almost to waikele area when I…read morerealized I left my wallet on my truck hood and it fell off. I turned around to retrace my driving route in hopes of finding my wallet on the side of the road. For a couple of hours I drove around multiple times and walked on the roads including the entire Kipapa gulch with no luck. After I got home I recieved a call from my dad asking if I lost my wallet, apparently Billy found it and drove all the way to kapolei to drop it off after having to drive to haleiwa to help a client first. So thankful that there are still good people in this world! Mahalo Billy! God is good.
