The customer service was always lacking but the prices made up for it. Not this time. Pros: Location Private parking lots Prices Sells Guers and Turkey Hill brand iced teas Cons: Customer service is like a bad gas station $10 minimums and there are no signs to tell you this first. Bring cash Their hours are ... random I went inside to try to buy some tea and a sandwich. I had $8.50 in groceries. The lady looked at my card and gave me the stink safe saying "It's a $10 minimum. If you get a dollar more of something, I'll run it." I simply told her I didn't need anything else. I looked around and saw no $10 signs but if that is their business model, ok. I took the items and began to walk away, putting them back inside of the fridge. She said "OK, I'll take it now. No? OK then." I had already made up my mind. Look, it's simple. If that's the policy, ok. A sign, some sort of notification would be proper. Yes, you told me, but I have no clue. I live in TACOMA now, not Haven. Small town attitude, no sale.

Ok. Let's try this again…read more I had written a review of this place a couple of days ago, but there were so many grammatical errors that it was embarrassing. I wrote an update but it was just AS embarrassing, so I decide to delete it and start fresh (no....I couldn't edit, but thank you for mentioning it). I LOVE this place. I had a truly horrific experience with a different distributor in town and vowed to never return. Must have been serendipity because without that experience I would have never found this place. When you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and a hello. Not sure about your shopping/dining experience these days, but mine is rife with attitude and indifference. This place breaks the monotony of rudeness to the point of being disarming. In fact, every single person I encountered has been extremely pleasant to deal with. A couple of months ago, I went in to fill my propane tank and they were having a minor issue. Instead of arguing about it with me or turning me away, they let me exchange my empty tank for a full one - no questions. Imagine that....a proprietor that thinks logically. Easy, peasy!!! Of course they have a wide selection....most distributors have wide selections.... this distributor comes with workers that brighten your day. This is my go-to spot for beer AND propane.

The best part is the owner rotates his craft beer selections pretty often. I've also been told by staff that if they don't have what you want in stock just ask and they will see if they can order it for you. The store is always clean and very well lit and the parking lot outside is pretty big. Whenever I'm out that way I make it a point to stop in to see what new brews they have and to grab what I usually drink which is around $5 cheaper a case then the county I live in. They also off slushies to go and have a good selection of beers on tap that you can get in a crowler or growler.
