    Green curry with chicken. Delicious!
    Kate S.

This is our favorite place to go in the mall. The food is fresh and fast, and always delicious. The prices are reasonable, and you can get healthy options if you order well (like the curries or the salad). The service is friendly and helpful too. And it's easy to order on the tablets in the front and then they text you when it's ready. That way you didn't have to stand right by their stall if you're also getting food for others in your party somewhere else.

The vibe was kind of off because it was in a hectic food court but it was still a nice place. The food was amazing but when I ordered one crispy chicken bao bun, I got two. There was a jalapeño on the bao but otherwise it was pretty good. (I don't like jalapeños ) The service was average, probably because it was in a food court and there was a touch screen. But otherwise, it was incredible. Totally recommend! Xoxo, Sydney and Asher

The food here was delicious and light! The ordering process is electronic and very easy. The customer service was also very great! It is inside of the mall so not much of an "ambiance", but not bad nonetheless for a Tuesday afternoon! I had the Korean Chicken Wings meal, but ate it so fast that I forgot to take a picture of my food lol. 5 out of 5 for lunch/dinner mall spots.

I'd been craving the Khao Soi since he last time I had it and it did not disappoint! I think it might have been a little less spicy with tofu instead of chicken. It was mild to medium spicy for me. The desserts were unusual and more for the adventurous eaters which I am and enjoyed but most didn't. The curry fried rice is imagine the taste of curry powder sprinkled on something like chickpeas but on rice. It was very good but nothing too exotic for both the good and the bad. As usual I can't wait to return.

I came by on 6/19 and was sat with no wait at a booth in their bar area. The waitress was very nice and held multiple roles (greeter, waitress, bartender, cashier etc). After ordering she brought us out a complementary sample of some of the best soup I've ever had. The broth was packed with flavor and it had little pieces of tofu in it. I would go back just for the soup alone. The food was equally as good. I ordered the Cashew nut lunch entree that came with white rice. Again, full of flavor and only mildly spicy as I can't handle much heat. Served steaming hot and with a decent portion size. I will definitely be adding this restaurant to my list of places to return. *Sorry for the poor picture quality. The place was dimly lit and I was super hungry so I didn't prioritize photos on this one.

This place absolutely hits the mark. The food is beautifully presented, the portions are generous, and the flavors are bold and balanced. One of my favorite dishes here is the larb, which is bright, fresh, and perfectly spicy. I also regularly order the red curry and green curry, both of which are rich, aromatic, and incredibly satisfying. The pork dishes are especially succulent, and the tom kha coconut soup is another standout. I've eaten both inside the restaurant and ordered takeout many times, and the experience has been consistently great. Service is quick and friendly, and there's a full bar with cocktails, Thai iced tea, Thai iced coffee, and even good mocktail options if you're skipping alcohol. Parking is fairly easy for the area--there's street parking as well as a garage right behind the restaurant. Insider tip: This is a great place to bring a group so you can share a few dishes and try multiple curries. There are some amazing Thai restaurants in NYC so that sets the bar pretty high. I ordered the Pad See Ew with shrimp which is definitely one of my "go-to" Thai entree selections. A couple of things I noticed. First of all they used regular broccoli in their version. I have never once seen regular broccoli and not Chinese Broccoli in this dish. That was disappointing. Then the shrimp had the talk on it. I've never had a Thai restaurant leave the tail on in a noodle dish. I found it to be annoying to have to wrestle with it. Unnecessary fir a noodle dish. Finally the sauce wasn't as sweet as o was used to. The recipe is usually made with a SWEET soy sauce. This was clearly regular soy sauce and quite honestly it tasted good first bit but there was a weird aftertaste that I can't describe which made me want to stop eating it even though the first bite was ok. Not sure what that aftertaste was but I'm not a fan and will probably never go back to try something else there. I'm gonna go gargle with Listerine now. The restaurant is cute, clean and in a great location but not authentic Thai in my eyes.

Naturally, I headed straight to Thai Thai Takeout, which has always been one of my comfort-food staples in Charlotte. Well, surprise -- the restaurant recently changed ownership and rolled out an entirely new menu. I was trying to order from my old takeout menu over the phone and quickly realized I was completely out of sync. Thankfully, the woman helping me was incredibly patient and kind while I figured it out. I ended up ordering the Pra Rahm Long Song with tofu, and honestly, it was delicious. It came loaded with steamed spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, napa cabbage, and cabbage covered in a rich peanut sauce that was comforting without feeling too heavy. The tofu soaked up all that flavor beautifully. I also ordered a pineapple red curry with pork at spice level 3. The curry itself was fantastic -- creamy, rich, loaded with pineapple, and really flavorful. I will say the spice level was pretty mild for a "3," so I added my own chilies at home to kick it up a notch. My only critique was the pork, which was a little dry and tough for my liking. I'm pretty particular about proteins and don't really do white meat chicken either, so next time I may try tofu or another option instead. The good news? The portions are generous, everything was packed nicely, and my order was hot and ready exactly when promised -- about 10 to 12 minutes after I called. Parking is easy right in front, and since it's takeout-only, it makes for a super quick and convenient dinner stop. Even though some longtime favorites like the satay seem to be gone, the new menu looks extensive and exciting enough that I'll absolutely be back to eat my way through it. Charlotte, there's a big wide world out there, and this is definitely a place worth adding to your regular rotation.
