We knew what we wanted, how much we wanted to pay but finding the right dealership was proving to be the problem. The local dealerships would Not show us what we wanted, wouldn't listen, the prices were high, they wanted down payments before we left even though we had not committed to anything, called late at night... But we were scrolling through rv traders and saw the Exact trailer we were looking for the only problem was that it was 2+ hours away from us. We called to make sure the rig was still available before we made the drive and it was! Aaron was the salesperson we were lucky enough to talk to. By the time we reached the dealership he had the rig pulled to the front, ac hooked up, cold and the slides out. We walked through the unit and it was perfect. He told us all about the features and let us just sit and ask questions inside and outside. We went from front to back with him asking questions and him taking time with us to make sure we were satisfied. He took us to another rig just to make sure it we were satisfied with the first rv. We went inside and made an appointment to come back after they had the rig ready to pick up. When we went to pick up and sign papers we went to the back where our unit was sitting all cleaned and ready for our inspection. The guys there took us through every inch of the unit and showed us how to set it up and break it down. We met the guys in the shop and bought a few supplies. By this time we had been at the dealership about 2 hours... we had not signed papers yet and they had already spent time educating us. When we got to the business office, he had everything ready including an insurance quote! We signed paperwork and went to the back to load up our rig for a couple of days trial run. The people at clear creek from the sales team, business office. shop, make ready and even the owner are top notch! This is a family and we felt like we were part of it! Very much worth the drive. We will even use them for service! We have owned many RVs and dealt with all kinds of dealers but clear creek is by far the most outstanding!

We said we had no problem leaving it for a few days. We finally had to call July 6th because we haven't heard anything back. Tony acted like he had no idea who we were or what we were talking about. We ended up just going to dealership. When we arrived, the boat had not been touched. It sat for over a week. He said they would get right on it. We left to run errands. 30 minutes go by and he calls us to say it needed a new starter. My wife tried to ask questions about it and everything we discussed. He spoke over her and said he didn't know. Told her that he pushed new boat customers out of the way to get us in and didn't have time to answer her. I headed back to pay the bill and pick up the boat. When I arrived he tried to say that they don't usually work on older boats and that all he knew was that it had a new starter on now. After paying $450 for 3 hours of labor, starter wasn't on receipt. He asked why I looked irritated. I told him that not a single one of our questions were answered and that I didn't appreciate how he spoke to my wife. Tony then explodes and cusses me out and tells me to get the f out and don't ever f-ing come back. Threw a pen at his receptionist and told her to just give me my money back. I received a refund. I took my boat immediately to another mechanic in Dallas who came right away and looked it over with me. He informed us there was no new starter installed and our batteries were dead. We bought new batteries beginning of June. I then charged both batteries for 2 weeks and finally had interstate battery test them both. They said both were bad. I gave him my invoice number and they confirmed those numbers didn't match the ones they checked for me. So...not only did he try to charge me for a starter that wasn't put in, he stole my new batteries. If you want a new boat, DFW isn't far. If you need a used boat worked on, save yourself from getting charged for nothing, parts of your boat stolen, and being cussed out. By the way, during his little cussing rant, he stepped up at me like he was going to throw a punch. He then told me to get on the internet and tell everyone about it. So here is the review he asked for.

The L3200 had a loader like the B2320 and was a fantastic deal. Micheal Lee was our sales person and he bent over backwards and sideways to get the tractor to me when I needed it and they didn't charge me a dime even when they rented me a trailer to let me take it almost immediately (as I needed it right away for some work on my property) and let me bring it back to have the final loader install done and rotary cutter installed. The staff was fast and friendly, letting my young son climb into every machine they had on the lot while we worked a deal. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend them, especially Micheal Lee. He was running options and even lower cost solutions by me up until the financing went through on the L3200. He called me almost every day for 2 days to make sure the unit was working well and that I was satisfied with them. ANH is the place to go for equipment if you want great service and good prices.
