After contacting Jaylene Himes (Internet Sales) several times both over the phone and through emails she was happy to answer my many questions and do exactly as I had wanted for this new purchase...amazing even in modern times.!! When the day came along to pick up the trailer I couldn't believe my eyes and ears just how EASY Hanner RV made the entire process for me....they treated me like royalty in not only THE VERY BEST price I had found for this trailer but in their world class customer service and genuine customer care. They had me in and out in 2 hours for a new unit purchase....way shorter than buying a new truck takes and their employees that I dealt with seemed to be the happiest people on the planet.!! Jennice Hughes (Finance Manager) took care of the juicy details including a place to acquire the registration for the trailer in the same town that I'm relocating to, and Mike Rhodes (Service Tech) had the trailer winterized/ready, willing and able for me to pick up. He worked on the double anti-sway hitch installation at the same time being bothered by my questions yet he was cheerful and informative even in a cold wind blowing out of the northern wastelands....I later found out that wind was blowing 30-40 mph that day out of the north and it made for an interesting ride on the highway going eastbound for the very 1st time. ALL employees of Hanner RV that I came in contact with performed outstanding customer service, answered many questions of mine and made this entire experience much more enjoyable than I originally thought possible. Not one sour face the day I picked up the trailer even though the cold wind outside made it somewhat uncomfy for some of us older goats. Without any doubt or reservation I would gladly recommend Hanner RV to anyone wanting a better deal and expert customer care for their new or next RV purchase. My SINCEREST THANKS to the owner, managers and associated employees that worked for me to make this experience a very positive and lasting one to remember not only now but for the future when its time to upgrade, as I won't deal with ANY other RV dealer except for Hanner RV...they will have my business until the end of time.!! Happy Holidays and always best wishes to ALL OF YOU at Hanner RV that just made it possible for me to have an "early" holiday season this year.!! JD, Bedford TX & Davis, OK.

When the deal…read morewent down they did not give him a new trailer model like they said but gave him the floor model that already had broken components. When he brought it back would not fix it and boldly told him to kick rocks because the papers were already signed and he could not do anything about it. They also lied about a critical component of the RV. They told him the solar panels powered most of the RV like the outlets and fridge; but in actuality it only powered the pop outs and awning. When he discovered this and brought it back, they told him he had to buy a converter for more money and they had to install it for extra even though they lied to him when they sold it. Very scummy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! They are the biggest cheats in the business.

Should be named, "Not quick to communicate, but quick to want your deposit"!…read more I chose this company because of Ken's reputation and because he seemed knowledgeable and personable. Unfortunately, my experience was defined by poor communication, lack of transparency, and a complete disregard for commitments that had already been made. Communication throughout the process was consistently poor. Calls and text messages routinely went unanswered, and I rarely received updates when promised. When I was able to make contact, there always seemed to be an explanation for the lack of communication, but very little follow-through. For a repair project of this size and cost, that level of customer service is unacceptable. My interactions with the office manager, Jen, only added to the frustration. Communication from her was inconsistent, yet customers were expected to respond immediately and meet every expectation placed on them. When I received a vague estimate for a $14,500 repair job and was asked to put down nearly $5,000 upfront, I simply requested clarification and additional detail. This seemed like a reasonable request considering the amount of money involved, especially since the repairs were not scheduled to begin for approximately six weeks. What ultimately convinced me to take my business elsewhere was how my scheduled repair dates were handled. Ken and I had mutually agreed upon those dates well in advance. Because I live full-time in my RV and travel for work, I had to coordinate vacation time and make arrangements to be out of my home while the repairs were being completed. The company was fully aware of these circumstances. After receiving the revised estimate, I had not yet responded because I was reviewing the information and considering the significant financial commitment. In less than 24 hours, without a phone call, meaningful follow-up, or any attempt to discuss the matter, I was informed that my repair slot had been given to another customer. Considering the amount of planning required on my end and the fact that these dates had already been agreed upon, I found this decision both unprofessional and disrespectful. Ken may be a good technician and a genuinely nice person, but running a successful business requires more than technical knowledge. Customers spending thousands of dollars deserve clear communication, detailed estimates, reasonable responsiveness, and confidence that commitments will be honored. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I cannot recommend this company based on the way my situation was handled.

All I can say is this, because his work will speak for itself. If you were looking for a simple, no Gimmick, honest and reliable person to work on your RV, IT DOES not get better than this place and more importantly - CURTIS. A very stand-up guy who not only took the time to explain everything to me as he did it so that I could learn for the future, he also double checked, and triple checked everything throughout my entire RV to ensure that I was gonna be safe on my next and during my stay. I don't think I've ever had an experience with a contractor as it did here. Curtis, thank you again for the excellent service, the clear and consistent communication, and most importantly for taking the time to truly walk me through what you did and how you did it and the things I need to be looking out for to make sure that this is an enjoyable experience.

Ended up having battery issues very quickly after bringing it home (within the first two weeks) and they were nice enough to take it in and try and fix the battery that was having issue. But then it started happening again and again and they "fixed" it a second time, then the third time we were told that a lot of the batteries from that time period were recalled, however they wouldn't take the golf cart back. They offered to try and resell it for us at their store and it sat there for around six months and they never reposted it on Facebook and seemed to put no effort in to reselling it, and they never offered to buy it back or refund us even though it was not in good working condition as originally advertised, and we likely got 5 hours of total use out of it. A 4k purchase down the drain. So now we had to replace all of the batteries ourselves and spend another grand on it. Be wary of purchasing used golf carts from there because there is no warranty even if it stops working right after bringing it home.

Poor Axle Work - Costly Bearing Failures…read more I had this company install new axles on my travel trailer less than a year ago. Recently, both axles had bearing problems, which should never happen with new parts. Another mechanic inspected the trailer and said the axles had been poorly welded or installed. To be safe, all the bearings are now being replaced, adding even more time and cost. I expected better quality for such an important job. Anyone considering trailer or axle work here should double-check the workmanship -- I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
