I wish I could give a higher review because the owner and staff were so nice! I called to see if they had same day availability, and the lady who answered cheerfully told me to come in. I needed to have my acrylics removed and a mani, Tiffany suggested dip powder to protect my nail bed, which was helpful. I need short and simple nails for the time being, so the pink and white dip manicure worked well for me. I do suggest going with a solid color for short nails, as the p&w design makes them look even shorter. Removing the acrylics was time consuming as usual, but the tech was patient and gentle with this process. Unfortunately, my fingers were cut up quite a bit when she started to trim my cuticles and shape my nails for the mani. I expect one or two whenever I get my nails done, but I felt like this was excessive and unnecessarily painful. Overall, my nails look nice enough, but just wish some parts of the experience were a little better. read more

They do a pretty good job, the only reason I left one star off was this recent time I asked for a neon yellow and the guy was not understanding what I was asking for and instead showed me every color but yellow. Have only ever had a couple pedicures. Didn't need an appointment, so that was nice. They were pretty busy, but someone immediately asked me what I wanted and had me go and sit in the chair. Loved the massage chair. One guy started the water on the chair foot pan and walked off. Well I was enjoying the chair and reading my email and didn't realize that the water was running on the floor. I had to yell for someone to turn the water off. I felt bad for the lady that had to clean up the floor. After cleaning up the water, the same lady started on my pedicure. Less than a week after getting my nails done!!! The edges were terribly blended in with my nails/cuticles and chipped as soon as I left the salon and the dip powder is not even filed down evenly across the tops of my nails. A week out, you can't see it much but the sides of my nails were filed down haphazardly and nearly cut my finger. I'm so sad and don't plan on returning any time soon. read more

Henry was very rude and rushed through my whole pedicure when I didn't agree to paying whatever price he put out there. He also cut my toenails uneven due to his attitude and rushing! Was being ruff slamming and hitting my feet the whole time And snatched my card because i decided to cut my service short but still pay due to the horrible experience!!!!! I had an appointment and waited 30 minutes before A tech took me. I was getting a full gel set and brought a picture of how I wanted my nails painted. In the middle of my appointment my nail tech got into a big argument with another tech and they were chasing each other around until another employee stopped them. The result was she reversed the colors of my French manicure and I insisted she redo my nails. What should have been a relaxing experience was a nightmare. I will never ever return. I grew out my eyebrows for 2 months for Tiffany the owner to completely just thin out my eyebrows completely. She also cut me. How do you do that with wax? I asked for no shaping and she butchered them. I wanted to cry but I just acted professional and tipped her and paid for the service. I am extremely disappointed by my experience. Keep in mind the first person to attempt to do my wax for my brows used the same stick they used to wax the person that was before me which is absolutely disgusting. Four of my fingers bled while they were working on my cuticles and this has never happened when I went to other locations. The nails themselves were nice although they look a bit sloppy and shape isn't what I asked for but I ended liking them regardless so I can overlook that, and they explained things well like pricing of each add on I was doing etc. While doing my nails, the lady got up several times to attend to other people. I made an appointment and for the most part it was on time. Due to covid-19 we had to fill out a paper and some got their temps taken I was not one of them. It's been 24 hours and my polish is already coming off and my feet feel worse than when I went in. I took my toddler to get pedicures.they took her first and then asked if I wanted one. No, I am not going to make my 3 year old wait an hour for me to get my nails done. They charged me $35 for a mani and pedi for her...all he did was paint her nails, no manicure ( all I expected was for him to put some lotion on her hands and massage). For the pedicure all he did was soak her feet and put lotion on for a second and nail polish. I have paid $15 for way more at other places. Oh and not to mention I told him purple. I love coming to this salon (their pedicures are amazing and worth every penny!) I've come in on a weeknight and Saturday afternoon and have always been greeted by the staff. I'm a rather picky nail person and i've been happy each time. Their SNS colors are amazing and can last up to 4 weeks! I also love that they serve wine to their adult clients, i haven't had a massage yet but i definitely want to try out that service as well. This is their new salon next door and it an immediate improvement from the last one. I highly recommend this salon and I take my out of town guests here when they visit. read more

So, I normally get my eyebrows threaded but once in a while for convenience I'll get my eyebrows waxed. Omgoodness, my biggest mistake because I don't know what this lady did to my eyebrows but I'm going to my normal spot to get them corrected . I never had too bad of a service at this location but this was just horrendous. My eyebrows are not easy to do reason as to why I didn't make her fix it, she would have definitely messed them up more. I have come here twice and both times I have had an amazing experience. I have only gotten pedicures when I go. The first time I went I was greeted outside and asked what I wanted done. The gentleman kindly helped me and explained the different types of pedicures there are. I always get the hot stone/ultimate pedicure. The first time I got it the place was kinda empty and they took there time doing it and did an amazing job. I went back in March on a Saturday morning, right when people where getting their tax money back and it was a payday weekend. That was a bad idea. They still did a good job doing my pedicure but it was packed and they didn't take as long as they did with my first but it was completely understandable. They still did an amazing job and my feet were so happy. This place gives the best pedicures I have ever received. I live near on Southside and normally go to nail salons closer to me but my little nieces were visiting so we decided to take them to Tiffany's because of the princess theme chairs. I did not catch his name but I think it was Huang based on his nail license that did my pedi and SND on my natural nails. He did a great job on my pedicure and even got the dead skin off the bottom which a lot of places don't do. What I'm most excited about is they had my nail color that I've been looking for! I know some places on the Northside had it because of my friends nails but it's a far drive for me and my go to nail salon did not. I have been a faithful customer at Tiffany's for the past 15 years. After my visit today, I will no longer return. I walked in for a pedicure and sat in a massage/pedi chair, only to watch many employees walk around not coming helping me. Finally, after 15 minutes, someone came over (looked like a new guy i have never seen). He was nice and did a good job. He had just started on my pedi, when another customer walked in for a pedi and was approached immediately to be helped. Then I got my eyebrows waxed ~ same thing! No one wanted to do an eyebrow wax.
