Im so disappointed, would NOT order from here again. I sent a beautiful bouquet i chose from Tiffany's website & what they delivered looks nothing like what i ordered! And i paid more money for an upgrade with the deluxe version and it definitely isnt deluxe. I chose it for the blue vase and blue hydrangea and bright pink roses. They sent it in an ugly brown vase with light pink roses and bright magenta flowers and a white hydrangea. And didnt deliver the chocolates i ordered/ paid for !! I had to leave a couple messages for them... they did call back ... but delivered the chocolates the next day not w the bouquet! Would not recommend this business. read more

I am totally disappointed! I am a Disabled Veteran on a fixed income that feels totally taken advantage of. I ordered some flowers for my Aunt for her 60th Birthday. I tried to support a small business by using a local florist. I ordered the Hugs & Kisses with Roses premium. That was the largest of the sizes. What was delivered did not match the advertised picture.They also failed to deliver the balloon that I purchased. I tried to give them a call but of course they were closed. Total Failure! We called from out of state for a delivery to Wyckoff. It was mid-afternoon and the owner told us his delivery truck was already out making deliveries and our order may not be delivered until the following day. However my daughter called us the same night thanking us for the beautiful flowers. That was superior customer service in my opinion. read more

Stopped in Saturday morning to get an arrangement for a friend's birthday brunch. They asked me my price point and gave me a beautiful vase full of flowers secure for travel in a box in 10 minutes. My friend absolutely loved them and I had a great experience getting them for her. 10/10 UPDATE: I asked my friend about her flowers a few days later after seeing the other reviews here- she said they opened beautifully and were prettier two days later than when I gave them to her! Purchased a bouquet a few weeks back for my wife's birthday and was pretty underwhelmed for what they had cost. I didn't feel any better a few days later when most of the flowers were already dead. Not long after I drove past to see upsetting political advertisements all over their lawn. Them choosing to proclaim their support of a hateful bigot and trivializing the struggle of others told me all I needed to know about the character of the shop owners. I ordered a floral arrangement for a friend for her birthday yesterday March 3rd. I chose a very simple yet beautiful arrangement from the website called "Exotic Grace".I happened to be visiting my friend who I sent the flowers to yesterday.I was leaving her house and outside the door on her open porch was the arrangement on the floor.The doorbell was'nt working,but you could knock which is what I do when I visit.Nobody knocked on the door to deliver the flowers,we were only about 12 feet away from the front door in the kitchen.We didn't hear anyone knock.Even though I was told that the delivery person knocked.Secondly,the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered(.And thirdly,the man I spoke to today at Tiffany's was not very nice and very dismissive.I am including the pics of what I ordered and what was delivered.I will never use this business again. read more

Arrangement was beautiful! However, we purchased Wednesday afternoon come Friday afternoon half of the bouquet was dead. Completely wilted. It's now Saturday and we have thrown out half of the bouquet. A few of the flowers didn't even bloom they just wilted over and died. read more

Outdated business, chose to give it a second chance after a bad experience a few years back. Was greeted upon coming in with a, what's up? The phone rang and after waiting 2 min the gentlemen comes back and says what do you need. I explain that I'm looking for a bouquet advertised on their website with a few roses and other flowers, simple arrangement. He asked me when do you need it by, I said in an hour or two. The gentlemen freaked out, and said I cannot do that, I don't have the flowers, it's the weekend (I went in on a Thursday). I just listened, waited a few seconds hoping for him to say: "hey I cannot make that arrangement, but I can do this." After a good 10 seconds of no response I said thank you, and walked away. Not sure how a business during Covid let someone walk out. Will not be returning. read more

Bought flowers twice. Both times they were not well done. Selection is poor and prices high. Not a good experience at all.

If I could give a zero, I would. The man who answered the phone was rude and no compassion when calling for funeral flowers. Said it was too early for him to deliver (for a 10:30 mass) and hung up on me. Clearly not interested in service. I ordered online and it was out of stock. When they called to tell me, a man named Dominic gave me so much attitude I had to hang up! I was going to place another order with them but he kept saying over and over how they were out of the thing I wanted! He didn't even let me say that it was fine and I would order something else!! Have lived in Hawthorne for over 50 years. A dear friend recently passed away and I wanted to send flowers. Knowing that Tiffany's Florist was right across the street from the funeral home, figured i would give them a try. I checked out their website and found an arrangement that was perfect for my friend. I called the store to let them know I found an arrangement on their website and would like to order it. The person who answered the phone seemed bothered by my request. I guess, he would have preferred that I ordered it online. Anyway to make a long story short, the arrangement that showed up at the funeral home looked nothing like the on-line picture. None of the flowers looked the same, I was so disappointed as I picked it for the flowers and their beautiful colors. This arrangement was just plain BLAH!
