We had a poor customer service experience. We took my diamond anniversary band in for a small size adjustment and they adjusted the ring to 3 3/4, over 2 sizes smaller than we authorized. They readjusted it to correct size, however management was slow to respond to our concerns about future integrity of the band and unwilling to do anything beyond the typical 1 year warranty to rectify their mistake. It felt arrogant, and we will definitely buy all our jewelry from more reputable companies in the future. read more

Absolutely wonderful experience! Went to Tiffany's Green Hills a couple weeks ago to drop off bracelets that needed repairing & everyone was so nice. It was hard for me to part with bracelets I'd never let out of my sight for 20+ years but they made me feel comfortable and like my precious pieces were in good hands. When I went back to pick them up, I could not believe how beautiful they looked! My bracelets are 20 & 22 years old and they looked brand new. While I was there, I decided to buy myself a new bracelet & Christina M. was such a delight to work with. She showed me a few different options after listening to my preferences, and in the end I left with exactly what I wanted. Christina was incredibly personable, kind, down to earth, and just overall had a great vibe & radiated joy which was contagious. She listened to not only my preferences but my little stories about how Tiffany's is so special in my family & what it means to me. The whole "Little Blue Box" experience ruin as soon as engagement ring and wedding rings are sold. Customer service is the worst. Living in Nashville and rings having to go to NYC for sizing I understand but the QC process is a joke! First sales person just wanted commission. Her recommendation for wedding bands was not ideal for my hand so now on 4th time rings going to NYC. Each time for 3 weeks. This time came back soldered 3 diamond and platinum rings together crooked. I expected the jewelers at Tiffany's to be top notch but they also have a QC process in place that should have caught before left NYC. Now I'm without my rings. I have called Green Hills store 2 times and been transferred to customer service. I have no work order and no information on when to expect my rings. I have been in sales and customer service for 40 years and this is unacceptable. ****rings back from NYC after another week + and still crooked! Have only been in locations in NYC previously...this one is every bit as nice as the ones I've been in there. They are really over the top COVID aware and make sure not to allow too many people in the store. Upon entry they let you know who will be helping you. As you walk in that person introduces themselves and sees if you need any help or are just looking. They have a great attitude and don't pressure you into any kind of purchase. Displays are well lit and elegant and have a variety of price points. Staff really seem to be well versed on the stock that is available and can guide you to the exact location where they have items .... very well practiced! The whole shopping experience in this store compares to that of a fine dining experience. Our person was very personable and talked with us about our trip and a variety of other things. Never rushed .... never pressured .... just a great experience. Highly recommend this location to anyone! read more

I think any girl who's seen Breakfast at Tiffany's or Sex and the City has a romanticized view of Tiffany's. I have to say that it lived up to my personal romanticized view. I really just want one of those blue boxes! We went in to just browse around and the selection is just exquisite. I've never been much of an expensive jewellery person, because I'm always afraid that I'll lose it or something, but I coveted many things in here. The styling is just so classy. A salesperson persuaded us to try on engagement rings and though we told him the unlikelihood of either one of us getting married soon, he persuaded us and pampered us and encouraged us to have some fun. I picked an art deco square diamond ring,which was small but gorgeous and my friend, who has aspirations of great wealth, picked out a $42,000 solitaire. I was surprised at the range of choices in this department. Tiffany's has very reasonably priced rings, starting at under $1000, as well as ones that cost as much as my house. I was a little intimidated going in, but then I realized this was totally unfounded. read more

I feel slightly pretentious writing a review for Tiffany... but I'm going to roll with it. As far as quality & service goes, it doesn't get any better! The only time I had a less-than-perfect interaction was when we were looking at engagement rings. I have several pieces of T&Co jewelry but apparently we didn't look like the caliber of individuals to buy a big diamond there. We ended up going elsewhere - their loss! My most recent experience was much better. I was taking in a bunch of jewelry to be cleaned and purchased a simple silver chain as well. They ended up comping the cleanings (a nice gesture!) Everyone was nice/helpful. This is a much smaller location than others I've been to -- but I would assume with confidence that they could order anything you don't see in the cases. read more

This is my closest T&Co. location and no I definitely don't expect one in AL anytime soon. However, this Green Hills location is a go to location for all the favorite blue box holidays if i don't trust what I see online. There's not nearly as much on display as in bigger venues like the ATL, Chi or the multi level flagship in NYC, but I think the Nashville store is one of the most attentive Tiffany stores I've perused. In fact, I one of the old-school salesmen (Rick, retired unfortunately ) used to be sure to email any new arrivals to the store and also emailed taste preferences once he learned your "style." If you'd asked me 5 years ago to rate this Tiffany, I'd give it 5 stars all the way. This was the location I bought my very first Tiffany piece (about a decade ago) and the service was so top-notch that I returned over the years and continued to add to my silver collection. I bought from other locations too but preferred this particular one. Then I moved and moved again...and you get the picture. So I was excited when my husband and I went back a couple weeks ago during a trip to Nashville and could not have been approached by a more pretentious sales associate. He looked us up and down and stared hard at my engagement and wedding ring and watch, none of which are Tiffany but are not dumpster finds (not that that remotely matters). I knew what I wanted, but it did not look right on me, so we asked to see a few more things and good grief I think we annoyed him during the whole 10 minutes we were in there. At best, we felt unwelcome. There were maybe 2 other customers in the store, and closing time was still a couple hours away. Disappointed. read more

Walked into Tiffanys today at Green Hills Mall to have our wedding rings cleaned & diamonds checked. There was one other couple in front of us. Not busy at all. The gentleman took our rings back, and was literally back in minutes. Could not even tell they were cleaned. Additionally, Kate B. in the service department is amazing in her knowledge and customer service. We have been working with her on a item for quite sometime and she delivers. Passive aggressive nicety. My very thoughtful wife purchased a wedding band in Scottsdale to surprise me. Our current bands are T&Co, so she did her homework and found a flexible platinum band... but unfortunately this guy told her the wrong size. So in the midst of traveling to Nashville, we tried to have the correct size UPS'd to us in Midtown. Enter Helen, who told us that it wouldn't be a problem. When I called back to give them an address change, Kim assured me that she'd caught the shipment in time. The address was changed. I was expecting a callback with tracking. Two days later I learned that they'd bungled the order and the ring was shipped to their store. And it was "their pleasure" for me to come pick it up. May I? Next began the game of trying to get them to email me a confirmation and new tracking number. My email was given, the ring was finally delivered, and I am now receiving T&Co spam. I guess in the end it turned out okay, but the hassle was the only thing extraordinary. read more
