My nail tech, Ryan, was super knowledgeable and informative, as well as skilled, and explained my builder gel (Zen brand) each step of the way. I am thrilled with how natural and light they feel. Supposedly they last a month and will be about $50 a month to maintain. I can add any color on top (but I prefer a natural look looking nail). I told her no, I can pay 4 dollars for a bottle of acrylic to soak them off. Again, I got called poor. I ended up having to pay $10 and sign paper work to never come back which is fine. I went about a month ago, and I had an older lady which was new for me. I had asked for just a fill and yellow nails with white pokadots. The lady was on the phone the whole time, and not really focusing. My nails were so short they looked my own nails. Mind you they are just a fill for acrylic. And the pokadots were so bumpy i literally had to get them off. The total was 75 dollars for a fill and horrible work. I ended up going back the next day to try to fix the situation and they let me get them redone BY THE SAME LADY. She was so mad and irritated with me I got cuts from the filing drill. And I told her to just paint them yellow and let me go I didn't even care about the 75 dollars I just lost. I wanted to cry. I don't recommend coming here.
