HORRIBLE service and even worse quality. I called Randy to update plumbing in my house I am…read morerenovating. Originally I had him install a water main shutoff and I liked him so much I had him replace the main stack and rough in plumbing throughout the house. From this point on I realized what a lousy businessman Randy is. During his initial time here giving me an estimate he told me he would get the necessary permits and I don't need to worry. When you call R and R Plumbing you will reach Randy's wife Dawn. If you call there in the morning she will answer the phone, but is always pre occupied talking to her crew and complaining about how busy she is. If you call in the afternoon Dawn may or may not answer and if she does she is "away from her desk" and may or may not return your call. Randy was very quick to say he could find a better toilet that I could buy in store. I said ok great do you have a picture because I don't want just any toilet? Nope. "I will have the guys pull one out of the box and have Dawn send you a pic" That never happened. Even after asking a second and third time, I said the hell with it and found one myself. Moving along, I wanted a washtub installed in the basement and it was the same line as before. "I can find you one way better than you can find in the store" Okay great get me one. That never happened either. Not only did Dawn keep sending me an invoice for $100 or so that I had already paid and previously disputed, I repeatedly asked her for my current invoice. She said I should have gotten it but she would "look into it and get back to me" As you can probably guess by now, that didn't happen either. I had to call her again to request it be sent again AND ask her about the permit Randy said he would get. I had to ask because by this time I was fed up and hired a new plumber. This is where the story takes a nice turn. I have never done a renovation before and it would have been nice to be told that I needed to have an inspection done by the city. I am guessing he didn't mention it because he never got the permits they told me they would. When I called him out on this to Dawn she gave me some lame story about how she rubs elbows with the people that work for the city and its "actually not a big deal" She told me worse case scenario I would get a small fine, no big deal. Obviously she doesn't have an attorney because mine assured me that was NOT the case. Moving along, she LIED to me AGAIN on the phone and said Randy just took care of it. She asked if I would like to schedule more work and I said no thank you. After having a quality plumber look at Randy's crappy work he rolled his eyes and said "this is not good" The main stack had been hacked so many times it looked like a kid took 50 pieces of random pipe and glued them together. After telling the new plumber what I was doing in the bathroom he said he has know idea wtf Randy's plan was but he would have to redo all his work. This included replacing the stack again and properly roughing in the bathroom with the rest of the work I needed finished. He pointed out pipes glued together crooked and even broken fittings. I wouldn't recommend Randy to work on ANYTHING! Call ANYONE besides R and R Plumbing. I wish I had, it cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!

He quickly undertone problem and fixed it in under an hour. They also recommended a water damage remediation company that was there in under an hour to repair that damage. The guys at Edgewater Plumbing were very polite, professional and did a good reasonably priced job installing our water heater. They cleaned up after themselves and explained the water heater settings ect.. to me. Would call them again as we are very happy with our recent experience.

We bought a 10 year old upscale home in rural Oshkosh last year. One would think that you should…read morehave no issues....Unfortunately that was NOT the case. We needed some major rerouting of plumbing from basement to the lake for sump drainage. We learned of this when the Town Sanitary Officer came to our door to report that our discharge was going into the sewer. After having a meltdown, we contacted O'Neill. Pat O'Neill and crew came out, gave us a solid estimate, and started the work. Pat O'Neill (owner) is ON SITE or CHECKING THE JOB on a continual basis - how many plumbing companies can say that? Further, the Town smiled when they heard we had hired Pat to fix the issue, as the sanitary worker said "He does good work, I know you will have this fixed right". THAT is what you want to hear when you have an issue!!! Pat and crew worked with the other contractor (electrician) by taking the lead and structuring the job so that everything was coordinated. He made countless calls and organized everything - no stress for the homeowner. He then repaired our irrigation system as well....This company really works hard and has a variety of talents. If you go with O'Neill, you know you are getting a long standing, locally owned company with a caring, professional staff that works VERY well together. I could not be happier. This was a MAJOR job and O'Neill is now the ONLY plumber I will trust for house issues, irrigation (auto sprinkler) repairs/install and any issue with drainage. THANK YOU O'NEILL. THERE ARE NOT MANY COMPANIES IN THE REPAIR BUSINESS THAT ARE TRUSTWORTHY ANYMORE - YOU ARE ONE OF THE SOLE SURVIVORS!!!

Called for service on my leaking well cap. I explained the issue over the phone and they said,…read more"Yes, we can fix that." So I setup an appointment. When the guy gets to my house I show him the leaking well cap and my questions were, "Is it supposed to do that? How does it need to be fixed?" His exact answer was, "I don't know". I explained the issue over the phone for this exact reason!!! Since I was already paying the service fee for him to come out to my house, and he wasn't able to fix my real issue, I thought I might as well have him replace my sink drain. He replaced my sink drain and as he was leaving he specifically said, "I'll figure out what needs to be done about the well cap issue, so we'll get back to you." I never heard from him or the plumbing company again except for a bill in the mail for the sink drain and service fee which totalled over $100.00 for a single sink drain!!! I called them with a specific issue that they said they could resolve. They didn't even question it. Automatically said, "Yep, we can fix that". Not only was it misleading when they told me they could fix my well cap issue, they completely lied when they said they would figure out what needs to be done and get back to me. I was expecting them to hold true to their word, like a normal good standing business would do. That never happened until I finally gave up and called a real plumbing company that was actually able to help me. Let me repeat that...I never heard back from them again except for a bill in the mail. They lied about being able to fix my issue only to get the service appointment. Then lied again when they said they would figure out what needs to be done and get back to me. Koch is the worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with!!!
