They were just finishing another job and were able to take on my requests on a short notice. Because I had a smaller job, they quoted me a flat rate with no minimum job requirement. We later decided to add a couple of mattresses and a sectional we needed to be picked up from a second address, which they were able to accommodate for a reasonable price. Harder's crew was very hard working and moved quickly. They were very polite and professional, very easy to work with. Would definitely hire them again and recommend you give them a try!

I contacted several moving companies to get estimates on moving what I considered to be a fairly…read moreunique situation. Four bedroom three bath home but only one person living in it so there had to be some concessions made, and the pricing could not just reflect the square footage Michael was in charge of our move as we ended up choosing them to complete the task. They were not the cheapest nor were the most expensive.. they arrived promptly at 8:30 as promised with three gentlemen to do the move. All supplies were included we had several delicate items, including some very large screen TVs, some large decorator mirrors. And then abundance of other items, more traditional, like your refrigerator, freezer and washer and dryer. They were very nice and very easy to work with. They were very respectful. We had somewhat of a situation going on and they worked through it with us. They worked consistently for about 5 1/2 hours which included a flat fee service charge and then an hourly rate for three men After they loaded everything that needed to go to climate controlled storage, they also loaded a flatbed trailer to go to personal storage and then drove the moving truck to the storage units we had chosen in Cedar Park. I thought they did an amazing job and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!! When I went to talk to the storage people and obtain the key and lock, they commented on how nice the moving men that came were and how hard they worked to get everything in that 10 x 10 storage space. It barely fit I'm not sure how they did it, but I was so relieved . I'm so sorry. I don't remember all three gentlemen's names, but they were all fantastic. They worked well together, combining teams to do the wrapping and padding of delicate items. They also were very kind and waited for me to clean out and clean up the refrigerator before they moved it. Thanks so much, In N out Movers !!!! Mike and Gary handled everything with care and were very fast given the heat and flights of stairs to repeatedly climb. Gary took a queen sized Nectar mattress down in one arm! I hadn't seen that before. Lastly, they were both very sweet to my dog and without going into detail, they both had life kick them in the ass a couple days before my move and they still both showed up. Very honorable and appreciated.

The second issue was I suggested to come and look to know what size truck he needed. Didn't pick a big enough one so it was done in two trips, which should have only been done once. Since there was two trips it was 35 fee. Considering I didn't pick the truck, not sure why, I was charged. But oh well. Also several times Mike was on his phone instead of working. There was only two people when they needed a third person, maybe two more l. My father and I had to help since it was going on almost 7 hours but was told he could do it in 4 at most. He was my first moving company, so this is all a learning lesson for me. I would still recommend, as they were very professional and accommodating. Things were taken care of properly. Only two things I noticed broken, but who knows when and who broke it. It migjt have even been me and I forgot. So it is what it is. I am not worried about it. Thank you for getting me moved.

Damaged our dining room table, and Owner acknowledged that damage, but could not or would not have it repaired. Turns out it could not be repaired (abrasions and scuff marks on the top). Refused to reimburse anything but $110 ($1 per pound??), hiding behind TxDOT regulations, then refused to pay the settlement agreement for over 3 months until we filed a complaint with TxDOT. Would not return phone calls, texts or e-mails. None of our crew were firefighters. The owner might be. Accurate also lost a few items, which they did find a few days later. We would not recommend them (because of the owner).

We received 2 quotes for our move from Sun City to The Hacienda (about 1 mile). Accurate was the…read morelow bidder, so we went with them. They arrived on time and and did a good job packing and we didn't observe any breakage. The problem is that when they presented us with the bill, it was 67% more that their estimate. They said they did not expect to do that much packing. Thier competitor's estimate for "packing materials" was almost the same as Accurate's actual billing. Plus they requested a gratuity 0f 15% to 20% on the materials and fully loaded labor. At 20%, this gratuity would amount to almost $600. They also deliverd a big chair that was marked to stay at the house. When I called them, I was told that they would be glad to pick it up and deliver it to our house. I was told that they would contact me to set-up a time to pick it up. When they didn't contact me, I called back, I and got a recording and left a message. I have tried to contact them over 5 more times, got a recording, left a message and I still have yet to hear from them (one month later).
