There is a small fresh produce section, a great frozen dessert section, and a section of frozen meatless "meats". The best thing is that NGVC has great sales on all kinds of nifty items you wanted to try. So if you wanted to try some of these things without making the full investment come here. They also have a rewards program where you earn points each time you shop. Finally, don't forget to bring your own bags. They don't provide paper or plastic here.
