First visit to this location. Much better experience here…read more I was politely and quickly seated and greeted by my server. I liked that they have a lunch menu, which includes a sandwich, side, and non alcoholic beverage for $10. My choice was the ECU smash burger, which included two patties, chili, slaw, and mustard. Side was the Cajun dusted fries, and a sweet tea. While waiting, I noticed two local things - the stage for the ECU Pirate Radio show, which airs live at this location on Mondays, and just a few tables away from me WNCT's Sportscaster legend Brian Bailey! The wait wasn't long, and the burger was delicious. I enjoyed the fries and dipping them in ranch sauce. Very pleasant experience.

We just moved to Winterville recently, and this has quickly become our favorite stop. Everything we…read morehave tried has been fresh and hot, portions are great, the kids meals actually feel like meals and are one of the better value places for a kids meal (entree, side, drink, cookie). We mainly go here for drinks, kids meals or the $2.69 fruit cups and $2.69 sides of mac n cheese but we've also tried the burgers and have yet to be disappointed. It's been very fresh every time, basically chick fil a but with burgers and (imo) better portions and prices. Best part is that the points add up pretty quick so trips to the beach or something well stop and get the kids some cookies or a shake. We'll be back soon

We did have several interactions with the Hostess on Saturday around noon 4/18 if you wanna check in on that ... unreal rudeness and her could not be bothered attitude was atrocious. We did even ask her if we could WAIT for another table and she her response was "this is all we have..." and more so seemed bothered that we would even ask such a question. We obviously knew you guys were busy and were more than happy to keep waiting but just seemed very unhelpful and super unwelcoming vibe.

Then, another 11 minutes for the server to check back with us after getting our meal. This, in a restaurant that was less than 1/2 full. I also was not expecting to receive plastic silverware. Now on to the positives. We got the Pick 6 for $19.99 - 10 boneless wings with Golden Fire sauce, 3 Original Tenders, 2 fries and 2 soft drinks. The Golden Fire sauce made the wings fantastic. Both the wings and the tenders were cooked properly. We finished our meal by waiting another 12 minutes for a tasty Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet. We enjoyed our lunch, but the service took away from our enjoyment. The TV's looked great.

Took just a moment before I was greeted and seated. I order 6 Chipotle dry rub wings with fries and a sweet tea. Food was delivered to the table surprisingly fast. Boneless wings had just enough heat for my liking. I had never tried dry rub wings, and they were good, but I prefer the sauced wings. Fries were - well, your typical fries. Not impressed with the server. She went through bare minimums of a server. She knew the menu, but did nothing to make me feel welcome. I was almost out of sweet tea before she checked on me and brought a refill. I also did not enjoy the music that was playing through the restaurant. It was all of one particular genre.
