I also wanted to hire someone reliable and kind. It has been over a year now of working with Dolores and in that time she has taken great care of our home. She has been prompt, flexible, never canceled on me once. When she couldn't make it, she has arranged for someone she trusts to get the job done. She alerts me when something needs attention or when a guest hasn't kept up their end of the bargain.
