I also wanted to hire someone reliable and kind. It has been over a year now of working with Dolores and in that time she has taken great care of our home. She has been prompt, flexible, never canceled on me once. When she couldn't make it, she has arranged for someone she trusts to get the job done. She alerts me when something needs attention or when a guest hasn't kept up their end of the bargain. It's tough not being close by to see what is going on but Dolores' help has really put my mind at ease.

We could not have found a better person to help us out with this incredibly important part of running our Airbnb. She makes it happen!! Dolores has great communication and always tells us even if the smallest thing is missing (like a glass) or if something isn't working (when our dryer had an issue). We count on her and trust her 100%, especially since we live 2hrs away. She is very reasonable on price and has fixed costs to run an additional errand or take extra trash, etc. Thus is our first Airbnb and we have learned a TON from her! We are thrilled to have hired her and look forward to working with her as long as we have our Airbnb running! We'd recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Thank you, Dolores!
