It was easy to book, and she was accommodating with timing. However, the service itself was a bit challenging. The pricing is on the higher side, and unless you are present to guide or lightly micromanage, some areas may be missed. I found that it's important to be very specific and hands-on to ensure everything you want cleaned is actually addressed. I had requested a more in-depth cleaning, including walls, panels, and detailed dusting. Unfortunately, the cleaning ended up being more surface-level--mainly banisters and baseboards. In larger homes, it also seemed that only a few rooms were completed rather than the entire space. While I'm grateful for her quick response and fast scheduling, I personally wouldn't book again, as the service didn't fully meet my expectations for the price. That said, she may be a good fit for someone who can be present during the cleaning and give very clear, detailed direction throughout.

I also wanted to hire someone reliable and kind. It has been over a year now of working with Dolores and in that time she has taken great care of our home. She has been prompt, flexible, never canceled on me once. When she couldn't make it, she has arranged for someone she trusts to get the job done. She alerts me when something needs attention or when a guest hasn't kept up their end of the bargain. It's tough not being close by to see what is going on but Dolores' help has really put my mind at ease.
