I had everything packed and ready to go, I knew being on the third floor with no elevator would be a bit of a struggle bu they made it happen. Then came the moving of the couch. I watched them drop my couch not once but TWICE, then the guy moved aside so I could walk down the stairs first and I heard them drop the couch again but I still kept calm. When everything was all said and done and as I was unpacking I found that one of my dishes had been broken which caused it to cut me at this point I was annoyed. I found my couch had been scrapped and small tears on the bottom. I also found that one of the legs to my end table had been pushed in like someone screwed it in to much or something heavy fell on it. I really wish I saw all this before I paid cuz I gave them a nice tip which I would have never given. Use them at your own risk.

Hiring movers is supposed to reduce the stress of relocating and provide peace of mind during an already overwhelming process. Unfortunately, my experience with this company accomplished the exact opposite. I initially contacted the company after seeing a promotional deal for a three-hour move for approximately $300. Before booking, I explained the details of my move and was assured that the package should be sufficient. Having moved multiple times before, including two-bedroom homes, I anticipated that the move might run slightly over and expected to pay for an additional two or three hours if necessary. What I did not expect was for a move that was represented as requiring approximately three hours to result in a final bill of **$1,280**. The company sent two movers, but one spent much of the day complaining, appeared unwilling to work, and behaved unprofessionally. The majority of the work seemed to fall on the other mover, significantly slowing the process and resulting in charges that far exceeded what I had been led to expect. What initially appeared to be a good deal ultimately became an extremely expensive and frustrating experience. When the move was finally complete, I discovered damage throughout my new home and to several of my belongings. There were nicks and gouges on the walls of my new house, including areas where patches of drywall were completely removed. Multiple pieces of furniture had damage to their corners and edges. Most significantly, my mattress was ruined. After noticing that my mattress had caved in and become unusable, I contacted the company and spoke with one of the movers, who admitted that they had bent the mattress while attempting to maneuver it up the stairs. At no point before doing so, or afterward, was I informed that this had occurred. I discovered the damage myself and had to ask what happened before receiving an explanation. I was then told that bending the mattress had been necessary. Since reporting these issues, the owner, Mike, has repeatedly attempted to deflect responsibility. I have been told that the townhouse staircase did not provide enough space for a king-sized mattress, that bending mattresses to the point of damage is "normal" for king-sized beds, and that I never informed the company that I was moving into a townhouse, despite that information having been provided. Rather than taking accountability for the damage caused during the move, I have been met with excuses and arguments. For the past two days, I have also requested the company's liability and insurance information so that I can file a claim for the damages. Instead of simply providing that information, I have received unrelated text messages and videos of other moves that have nothing to do with my situation. As of the time of this review, I am still waiting for the information needed to move forward with my claim. If you are looking for movers who are professional, careful, honest, and accountable, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. What began as a seemingly affordable $300 moving service turned into a **$1,280 ordeal** that left me with damaged property, damaged belongings, and a company unwilling to take responsibility.

I paid a $100 deposit, electronically signed the estimate they sent, and fully disclosed key details before booking, including that the move involved stairs and that the elevator at the destination building was out of service. These details were discussed directly with their representative (Tony) prior to the move date. Despite this, when the movers arrived, they attempted to impose additional charges on site that contradicted what had been discussed and agreed to. When I refused to approve unauthorized charges ($400), the movers left the job site without completing any work and without notifying me that they were leaving. Afterward, the company claimed the move was canceled due to "site conditions" and alleged inappropriate behavior, which was never documented at the time and only raised after I disputed the situation. They later confirmed in writing that they canceled the move and provided no services, yet still refused to refund the $100 deposit. What's most concerning is: * No written change order was provided * No formal cancellation notice was given at the time * No services were rendered * The deposit was kept despite the company canceling the job Instead of taking responsibility, the company shifted explanations multiple times and relied on technical language about estimates and policies after the fact. That was after they decided not to answer my calls and dodge me. This experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and unfair. A moving day is stressful enough, having a company show up, attempt to change the price, and then walk away without notice is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or transparent mover.
