It's scary sourcing for someone you don't know to come into your home and see your house at its worst. After getting solicited for over 22 different cleaning companies, I finally found the ease and comfortability I'd been looking for in Max Pro Shine Cleaning. Andres, the owner, actually reached out to me on yelp after I completed a survey looking for service one Sunday afternoon. I was frustrated with all the dust in the master bedroom and had finally had enough. He was beyond pleasant, knowledgeable, and very personable in our first interaction and that made me feel at ease about telling him what household needs and concerns I had. Not to mention that his pricing was very competitive with others who provided me with quotes, and he offered a great amount of flexibility on what areas of our house needed more attention than others. Already a long post, but I was far beyond impressed with Andres and Maris' work in our home!! They cleaned it to the T- it's easily the cleanest our home has probably ever been!! They confirmed our appt time the night before, let me know ahead of time they were on the way and arrived on time, and they each did wonders to our house in a short amount of time! We will be using them on a monthly basis, and are truly excited to have found trustworthy people to help us keep our home clean. When you know you did a lousy job, you offered a free cleaning. I don't know anyone successful in business who would offer FREE services, when they've done a great job. After the 2nd incident, I should've let you go. My mistake. The pictures don't lie. But then again, maybe I dirtied the apartment, took pictures and spent 1/2 my day cleaning after a service, simply because I have nothing better to do. Defensiveness is borne out of guilt.

The owner is the issue as she doesn't give her staff enough time to clean or enough travel time. They've no showed, are consistently 1-3 hrs late, and do a mediocre job at best. Honestly not the cleaners fault- they tried their best but were rushed. Shelby sent me an automated message that they would arrive 3 hrs early- the reason was because they had a cancellation. When I said i couldn't do that time she cancelled on me. She could have cared less. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
