The down side was I couldn't be there, and neither could my mother-in-law because she had to be rushed to the hospital right after they arrived, so I don't really know what they walked into, but my husband and I did a deep clean on her place 2 weeks ago, one 77 year old woman lives there so I don't know that it was that bad. She also told me she was doing a deep clean but I only asked for basic services (laundry, dishes, change her linens, clean the bathroom, take out trash and sweep and mop.) I also asked if she could get Bette's mail. At first Anca quoted me $200-$250, but when she got there the quote went up to $300-$340 and that was very upsetting for 2 hours time. its a studio apartment but whatever, they came on short notice but definitely took advantage of the situation.
