I travel a lot for work and don't have time to fuss around with getting my cleaning scheduled. I like having a service that checks out the cleaning team for me, so I don't have to worry about it. EDIT: after leaving a poor review through email, they contacted me immediately and set up a time for a re-cleaning (free of charge). The new team that came out did a fantastic job with the walls, microwave, and windows. Will use them again. I was a huge fan of Tidy Casa until the most recent cleaning. I scheduled a move out clean and added on the walls ($85) and oven. I got a call from someone the day of stating that they tried to clean the walls but there were some spots that they couldn't get up all the way. Totally understandable. The place is old and well lived in. However, when I went to check it myself, I'm not even sure they tried. There were marks everywhere. Maybe they tried on one spot and couldn't get it removed so they gave up on the rest of it? I'm not entirely sure what happened there. The microwave was not cleaned. They happened to leave their checklist behind, and sure enough, microwave is on there! Windows were not cleaned. Windows are also a part of the move out clean. They did, however, do well with the countertops, sinks, toilets, and tubs. I have used their services before, and wasn't OVERLY impressed, just thought they did what they came to do, which is the only reason why I rebooked. read more

I have been using Tidy Casa quite frequently and I absolutely love their work. For example, my cat passed away about a year ago - I know this is going to sound crazy, but he was my soulmate. So, when he passed, my husband and I were absolutely devastated, and while we were grieving , not only did we not want cleaners to come in to our house, we also don't lift a finger to clean even once. About 3 months later, I did finally bring Tidy Casa back in. I have been using Tidy Casa for about a year. Its one of the best decisions I've ever made regarding my properties. I own two places, one a rental and the other for family and friends. This means I no longer have to worry that incoming guests will find a dirty place, and my departing friends will not leave me with a dirty place! Vanessa Acuna was my most recent professional, and she had to go the extra mile (that makes about 10 extra miles so far) to help me out because my most recent family member turned off our water before they left town. Before Vanessa could clean my unit she had to turn on the water from a main valve. So Vanessa called me, and I directed her to the garage, where the water shut off valve was. Before I even had to explain what had to be done she had the water on, and she was then on to the project a few moments later. I wish Tidy Casa also offered car repairs, plumbing and landscaping services, but I'll take what I can get and settle for their home cleaning expertise. read more

We have a house that we are about to put on the market. My wife and I spent about six hours going over the house before we said screw it let's get some professionals in here to do the rest. We put in our information added the move in out and the fridge to the price and selected a date. Three days later two ladies showed up at the door wearing smiles. They were super friendly and worked their butts off for a good four hours. I don't think they even took a break. When they left they were still smiling, you don't get that from everyone. Clean tubs, clean showers, clean windows, clean fridge, clean floors, clean baseboards, and a clean laundry room floor that hadn't been touched since we put the units in their eight years ago. I have used Tidy Casa for quite some time and will not be using them anymore after our last cleaning. Due to lack of availability with our usual teams we like, we agreed to try a new team. It was one lady who who showed up to clean our 2600 sq feet house. She was here for 4.5 hours which is a long time considering it's usually a team of 3. She left and there were a number of things missed. Lots of surfaces not even touched and small kitchen appliances were never even moved, floors were not totally cleaned. Glitter still all over the floor in some areas so I know it was not touched. We also just had construction done so we needed this cleanup badly. I have come to realize that there are about 2-3 good teams and if you don't get them it won't be a good experience. For the amount we paid I was appalled that these items were missed. When I contacted them they offered to come back out and clean the spots missed. Considering that I had already kept my toddler and puppy out of the house for 4.5 hours I wasn't willing to do it again. I feel like a discount/partial refund would have been more appropriate. I have to preface this review with the fact that I very rarely do this. I love reading other peoples opinions on services, restaurants, gas stations, even bath rooms at national parks (can you believe people take the time to do that? it's a hole in the ground Sharon what did you think it would be like?) but very rarely do I take the time to leave a review myself. In the past year I moved to Arizona from my native state Texas, changed jobs, got a puppy, and lost my mom to health complications. To say I've had a difficult time keeping my place clean would be an understatement. I've used Tidy Casa a couple of times this year, but most recently the woman who helped us took such extra care to make our home feel not just clean, but a cozy and warm space. I keep on my fridge many photos of loved ones, magnets from my boyfriend and I's travels, invitations, and several cards of sympathy from my moms passing, which are all of course very special. As we open that fridge door every day, those items became scattered, some overlapping each other, and little fingerprints decorated the stainless steel. Our cleaner took the the time to take off all our little items, cleaned the front of the fridge spotless, and then rearranged them in the sweetest way. You could tell she took the time to piece together our story on our fridge, and made me stop and look back on all those special moments and notes from friends and family. It was just what I needed, in a time when things are hectic, to feel at peace in my heart and home. We first used Tidy Casa a year ago to do a deep clean of the house while I was in the hospital after a c-section delivery. I had researched for hours trying to figure out the best company to book with and Tidy Casa won hands down. Ratings were high, no issues of theft, and their prices were right. We booked and I returned home from the hospital with a baby in tow to a beautifully cleaned house thanks to Adilene and team! They had moved the furniture to clean underneath which is a huge plus in a house with four dogs. A clean house made the recovery process so much easier since I wasn't stressed about cleaning and I could just focus on myself and the baby. Since that initial visit we have used them two more times for basic cleanings - most recently three days ago to get the house ready for my daughter's one year birthday. As usual, they did a great job and I appreciate that they ask what areas to focus on. I also appreciate that they actually clean under things instead of around them and do a bit of organization. Tidy Casa provides phenomenal customer service; it starts with booking, which is very straight forward on their website, with all options and associated costs listed, to the follow through at the end. Priziella F. has been assigned to us twice, and both times, she took pictures of items needing attention for either safety or things that could cause future issues. This is critical to us since it's a vacation rental, and we are out of town most of the time. We rely on her team to let us know if anything needs immediate attention that we may have missed. They also made sure our thermostat was turned off since we were leaving town; these small details are very critical to us. These folks pay attention to minor details that help build trust with a business and the people that do the hard work. From my first visit to the website (which I have to say is very convenient; I'm not sure why others on here say otherwise) to a follow-up call I got after the cleaning, the professionalism and friendliness are first-rate. The communication after I made the reservation and leading up to the cleaning was excellent, and the cleaning team led by Heather Cook was fantastic. The house has never been cleaner, and we have pets, so cleaning it is no easy task. This team was very thorough. We had just moved in, and the amount of dust in the house was unbelievable. Both team members made sure everything sparkled when they were done. I'd say they were the best I've had so far. They were not lazy, as dragging in the hours to get paid more (as others in the past had done) and-- yay!-- I was able to communicate with them in English! Experiences in the past have been with Hispanic teams who had no clue on the English language. This is important because not all of us know Spanish. It's pretty major that we are able to communicate with the people who will be handling our home for a number of hours. Most of them I've so far tried, did not communicate at all. They plugged on huge headsets and dragged on the hours with a frown. I won't mention the cleaning service, but hey, after that, anything's better! One downside: very pricey. I was very worried because I went through a period of severe depression and let the house get way too dirty. after I got everything out the house still smelled and was very dirty, so needless to say there was a lot of work to do. And let me tell you, these people work miracles. Nothing stank, the carpet looked great, everything was so clean. No cobwebs, no spots, no nothing. Coincidentally I had already hired a carpet cleaner but after they were done honestly it didn't even really need it. I would give 10/5 stars if I could! Let me just start by saying that I'm the type of person who always wants to read reviews yet will never leave a review myself. Well, that has to change thanks to Tidy Casa. I am incredibly happy with the services provided today. First, I finally decided to pull the trigger on hiring a cleaner for this afternoon about two days ago. The confirmation process was quick and easy, with plenty of time options available. I work 13 hour days and at 5 months pregnant, I just don't have the energy (or desire) to clean on my days off. At first I was a little concerned that the price for a standard 1X cleaning service was a little high, however I came home to a sparkling and organized home. SECOND UPDATE: If you are comfortable doing business with a company as long as they financially compensate you for any misdoings, then Tidy Casa is probably for you, in spite of my poor rating. Additionally, if you have a policy of always being home during cleanings, you may find their service much better for you, as I doubt they would be so bold as to treat your home with as much flagrant disrespect as they did mine, since I was not home during the cleanings described below. Anyway, I am not such a person. I want to transact with a company I can trust, and no amount of throwing money at me in an attempt to "make it right" will persuade me otherwise. Ryan reached out to me on multiple occasions, making sincere efforts to make it up to me. He offered additional free cleanings, gift cards, cleanings from other services, and so on. If this had been an issue of poor performance, e.g. showing up late, I would have been completely satisfied with such offers. But this was a matter of my home being treated with aggressive inconsideration. For what it's worth, I think Ryan did the best he could and that a lot of people would have been happy with his response, but I am never going to budge on this. FIRST UPDATE: I will absolutely NEVER conduct ANY business with this company again. I had set up monthly cleanings and last month, after the cleaning, I discovered that an item in a makeup bag was broken and some makeup had spilled all over the bottom of the bag. The item was plastic and there was a slight possibility that the item was broken honestly, so I complained but didn't press the issue when the cleaner said they didn't mistreat anything. Today I got a cleaning and they slammed a box around so roughly that they BROKE A GLASS VIAL inside the box and spilled oil all over the inside, then they left without a word. ADDITIONAL EDIT: Later, I discovered that the dishes in my drying rack had just been quickly rinsed and not washed at all. There were fingerprints all over them, and pulp from lemonade that had dried in one of the glasses. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The cleanings are really good. I have them go to the leasing office at my apartment building and the office staff unlock my door, let them in, and then lock up after they leave. My place always looks and smells great, there are tiny bars of nice hand soap left on all the sinks, and the amount that the cleaners rearrange my stuff is manageable. They do an amazing job of cleaning the shower and all the other surfaces, especially my floor, which gathers dust and other debris nightmarishly. I used Tidy Casa previously when I moved out of a home I was leasing in Arcadia. They did a fabulous job, even the property manager and his maintenance worker said there was nothing additional that needed to be done. Needless to say I receive my entire deposit back which made the price of hiring Tidy Casa a great deal! With a recent injury to my shoulder and dealing with RA, I decided to hire Tidy Casa to help me do the deep cleaning that I have a difficult time doing on my own.
