This would be a nightmare…read morescenario for anyone but I also live several hours away in the metro Detroit area and was in town visiting family. I had the car towed to Auto Lab of Marshall and spoke with Adam the next day about the possibility of a new engine repair. After the team took a look, Adam was clear about the price of a new engine and labor to let me know my options. I ultimately decided on buying a new car but Adam really helped to make a stressful situation more manageable as I juggled work and looked for a new car in the mean time. He was clear, professional, and needless to say, very helpful. I'd recommend you give them a shout, they helped me out in a pinch. Thanks again!

Later today Melissa stated. I asked her what time. She hung up on me. I gave her 30 minutes I called back again. She said I have to order the parts. I was extremely upset. She said we need you to sign the form. I told her that was signed last night I told her it would've been nice if she stated the yesterday at 8am when I dropped off vehicle. I said you should've told me you never ordered the parts then it switched to they needed to deal with Chris from Auto Zone the warranty department they were waiting for parts. I told them.
