I was referred to this company by a friend who had his company van tagged, I really liked the job…read morethey did on his van, so I decided to get in touch with them. I needed to get my companies van tagged with our company logo and info etc. because driving a big white van around with no information on it was a waste of advertising space. I gave Joanna (the owner) some ideas for what I wanted on the van and she came up with a affordable price and several designs pretty quickly! so we emailed back and forth fine tuning the design. When I was satisfied with the designs that she came up with, we set up a day to put the vinyl graphics and lettering on the van. I thought it would take a couple days to put it all on, but to my surprise it only took a couple hours to do all the work. I dropped off the van in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon; when I arrived to pick up the van boy was I in for a surprise! The vinyl graphics they put on looks amazing and far better than I expected. I will put up pictures as soon as I can. All around I am very happy with this company, they did great work at an affordable price. Also to their credit and something I might use in the near future, they do more than van lettering/ vinyl graphics, they do all types of work to enhance your companies image. They are licensed contractors too so they can install all types of signs to promote your company Thank you :) Pacy @ Same Day Carpet Care

From the beginning, Aaron (the owner) helped create a custom plan for me that made sense for my small business. When you're investing your own resources, it can feel risky, and I really appreciated that he took that seriously and worked with me to make it feel less overwhelming. One thing I really loved was that they have a physical location--something about being able to walk into a real space made the whole thing feel more trustworthy. Their new office is beautiful, clean, and super professional. It gave me peace of mind right away. Derek worked on my website design and he was incredible. He really listened. He didn't interrupt or push his ideas but instead used his creative freedom and experience to elevate my vision. Sara also helped with some of the creative work, along with her photographer partner (whose name I forgot--sorry!), and they were both amazing to work with. As someone who needed a website that reflects cultural diversity and creativity, I felt really seen and supported by this team. I'm genuinely looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Now in 2025, it appears they have glowing reviews. Are these real? I was just called for the third time in 2 weeks by someone from Readers Magnet who butchered the pronunciation of the title of my latest book, reading off a script, and the woman sounded like she was from a calling center in a foreign country. Why would I be skeptical, right? I asked her really nicely three times to remove me from the their list and she kept talking right over me. I had to hang up on her. None of this seemed professional or legit to me. Perhaps I am missing out on something wonderful. But if they had really researched my book, they would have noted that I have a publisher and they should not have been making a cold call like that.

As a full-service marketing agency, we're often managing projects where clients know the outcome they want but aren't always sure how to articulate it. That means our print partners need to be more than vendors--they need to be knowledgeable consultants who can help bridge the gap between concept and execution. That's exactly what Modern Postcard does. This particular project wasn't the easiest. We refined specifications multiple times, paused production during the approval process, and made several changes along the way. Throughout it all, Ilana remained patient, responsive, and solution-oriented. What continues to impress us most is Modern Postcard's expertise. We can send over a random sample from a client, and your team immediately identifies the product, understands the production requirements, and recommends the best printing solution. That level of industry knowledge and customer service is invaluable to an agency like ours. Project after project, Modern Postcard has proven to be an incredibly reliable production partner. Communication is outstanding, deadlines are consistently exceeded, turnaround times are often faster than promised, and the print quality is always exceptional. Knowing we have a trusted partner behind us allows us to deliver with confidence to our own clients. Thank you, Ilana, Ryan, and thank you to everyone at Modern Postcard for your professionalism, expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
