This place is really expensive. I was willing to overlook that because it's clean and convenient to where I live. But I've had two really rude customer service experiences. 1 because I didn't bring my ticket. Another because I was unloading my clothes while the front desk worker was having an extended social conversation with another customer and she felt that was rude. Another time I was in, 2 team members complained audibly for 10 minutes about other customers. Clearly they don't want our business and the world is a bother to them. read more

I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned and felt confident when leaving knowing that they would take care of it properly, as well as all of my other garments. Highly recommend. read more

Tide Cleaners is the worst run business I've experienced in my lifetime of 61 1/2 years. They will return your clothes unlaundered and then blame the customer and deflect any responsibility for their actions. It's a very sad situation. The owner has no remorse for their poor customer service and will berate customers for questioning their poor standards. Stay far away! read more

Do NOT take your clothes here. First off, they're more expensive than other places in town. But much, much worse, I went to pick up my clothes and they said they didn't have them. I took their word for it and thought my wife already picked them up. After talking with my wife and her assuring me that she didn't pick them up, I returned to the cleaners and they finally looked in their system and said that they either lost them or gave them away. When we first learned of Tide, we were very excited. For a person who travels weekly, their drop box and locker to pickup after hours is genius. Organic materials used and not harsh chemicals that destroy fabric, credit card on file... basically an around the clock/touch-less process.... Great concept and one would pay a premium for that. However, they don't do their own cleaning, cannot commit to having a delivery driver on a daily basis, laundry is frequently, and even more frustrating is trying to level with either of the two women working there. Hard to reach somebody by phone and, in general, not equipped to operate a business effectively. Maybe they will eventually get it sorted out, but for now we will go the reliable cleaners just east on 38th a few blocks with the green and white sign. Sorry Tide, you lost our business. I'm sure $150/week isn't a big deal, but real estate sure is pricy these days. read more

This place is trash. They mischarge you, they overcharge you, they screw up orders, lose clothes. It's awful customer service from the "manager" Kevin, who quite frankly has no business running this place. The girls at the front struggle because he gives them no support and conflicting ideas and never follows through. I will never be returning here after trying to make it work for many months. I dropped off 5 pieces of cushion covers 5 days ago now, expecting to pick them up today (which seems like a long time) . A sign on the door indicated a 'late opening' due to snow, but still by 7pm no one is in the location and the after hours office line to 'Kevin' has no answer and a voice mailbox that is full. I have tried to call the location, the after hours office, and online platforms many times now. I have never been so shocked with a dry cleaning service. On the 25th of July at 11:22 AM my husband and I dropped off well over a $2000 worth of clothing including a blue romper I purchased in France, all of his work shirts, his suit from our wedding. We went today to pick up the dry cleaning because we had not received a cal land they told us that they did not have anything in our name. We have our receipt and they stated that the pieces on the receipt were not at the store either. The woman told us at the time that she counted the items after. We had used the Tide lockers for the last several months, so this seemed perfectly normal and trustworthy. The woman working today was incredibly rude despite my husband remaining very calm and asking for help on what we could do. She said 'I'm just irritated' and that there was nothing she could do. We will be waiting for the manager to call us on Monday and if we do not get a reply, we will be filing a theft complaint with Denver police. read more

After 6 weeks of calling and getting absolutely no answers about where my dry cleaning was, I was finally told that they lost my dry cleaning and apparently it "happens all the time." I honestly feel like they were hoping I would just forget about it and not call back again. I find the service here to be very quick and friendly. I also appreciate the quick turn around time on cleaning. This far I've been happy with the cleaning of my clothes (about 20 items). I would note that it is definitely on the higher end price wise for dry cleaning. read more
