They have a impressive automatic moving dry cleaning system that brings your order off a moving storage line that finds your garments and brings them to this spot for you when you pay. Either it screwed up or they kept my suit, pants and shirt GONE. I bring in a full bag and my bill is always over a hundred easy. Very disappointing and it put me in a bad situation. On my first visit, they cleaned two of my three garments but left the third untouched, citing a slight fabric tear at the top--even though I was aware of the tear and still wanted it cleaned. ( All pants were bought at the same time, are worn the same, and are identical except for color). After getting my pants home, I realized that one pair was fuzzy and a solid 2" shorter than the others ( I have pictures). Seemed obvious, to me, that this one pair accidentally went through the wash and dryer. Brought them in, along with one other pair for easy comparison. Was told by R. I have this very expensive barong Tagalog l used on my brother's wedding and l went to different dry cleaners and they did not accept it due to the very thin fabric but reading the good reviews from Tide Cleaners customer, l decided to stop by and bring the 2 barong. I will definitely go back - convenient and clean. I was a little weirded out by my last interaction with an older employee there. It was my first time picking up and the young man I dropped my clothes off with told me there was a drive thru so I figured I would use it when picking them up. Finagled my way into the pickup area (a bit confusing trying to figure out how to get in there going the right direction) and no one came to the doors so I got out and there was an employee standing at the other register and rudely said, "over here". (Um, okay, what exactly is the point of this drive thru?) And then she was super nice when telling me goodbye after I checked out. New dry cleaners that opened up fairly recently. I didn't know that Tide was expanding into this market, but looks like it's a chain. ATMOSPHERE/ARCHITECTURE: 8/10 Modern clean look inside. It was spacious and looks like it had capacity to serve a large number of customers. It was not busy when I came in. SERVICE : 7/10 Service was average. I had a coupon for their grand opening and they took some time to get it to run through the system. Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful. I used to go to CD one in Glen Ellyn but their service was horrible. I received a lot of free coupons in the mail and gave them a try. I like drive thru aspect and that it is close to my home. I do find it weird that you have to present coupons when you drop stuff off. When I walk to Jewel, I don't have to show my coupons, as I walk in through the door. I shown them when I pay. Some stuff is really pricey and others not so much but at least they are close. And I love them weekly Thursday dry cleaning coupon they email. read more

I don't know if I want to give this place a 3 or a 4 star review. I've been here 2 times. Today was one of the reason I'm giving 3 stars. So, I came to drop off some more items for dry cleaning and to pick up my 3 other items that were ready. I went in to pay and I downloaded the app and it had shown that I had a 20% off coupon. I presented the coupon to the cashier and he tells me I can't use it, that I am suppose to present the coupon to him When I come and drop the items off.. I told him how is that possible when you can't even give me a total price at that time! He then proceeded to claim that corporate implemented that rule. I told him the first time I came there I had a coupon and presented it the day I came to pick up my items and the lady took it without any issues. So, his manager came and said he will allow me to use he coupon this time. I suggested to them to let their customers know ahead of time that they should present their coupons when dropping off the items. (Still doesn't make sense to me, what if it's after hours and no one is there?!?) Overall, the place is clean and love the fact that they have a drive thru. Some of the prices are decent some are little pricey. We have a really small washer and dryer so I bring our comforters here. I love how convenient it is! You bring the comforter in by itself and when you pick it up, it's in a nice bag for you. They're a little pricey but they do have coupons which help. The smell of the comforters also last long so when you open the bag to use it, it still smells fresh. When I asked, manger tried to keep/steal a piece of my dry cleaning clothing and touched the cleaned clothes. I asked to call the police. Saw this location pop up fairly recently and decided to try it out. The inside was very clean and well laid out. You can definitely see the integration of technology with the dry cleaning experience here. After a few minutes I had an account and dropped off a suit and a few shirts. As I walked out the door I received an email thanking me with a status and a confirmation that they would all be ready the next day. On the next day as promised I received an email notifying me that my clothes were ready for pickup. It was at the end of the day which may have proven to be a problem if it were not for their 24 hour pick up window. Later that night I drove up, scanned my receipt and I had my suit and shirts. They also included a Tide Dry Cleaning bag so I can drop off as well. It was a good experience overall. The prices are a bit more than my old dry cleaners but the convenience can be worth it. read more
