I agree with the other posts. On two occasions they billed me when they should not have. The car wash is convenient and nice, so if you're not on a tight budget and can afford an occasional error it may be worth it. read more

After going through the facility in Springfield, TN, I had damage on the passenger side of my SUV. Both doors and back side had multiple scratches, some of them deep. I posted the incident on Facebook and others also had damage that same day. When I reported it to one of the workers at that facility they were very non-chalant about it--"that's always a risk", and suggested I contact corporate. I will be doing that this week and will post a review afterwards regarding how they handle the issue. This was damage to the paint not an attached part. I obtained 3 estimates for repair and it's going to cost approximately $2000 to repair. I feel that should be out of their pocket, not mine. read more

If you forget to cancel your membership they WILL NOT give you your money back. I think that's a sketchy and back handed policy since they are willing to take your money for something they haven't done and even if you try to cancel same day you have to cancel 7 days in advance or they've got you. Tried to reason with the lady at their customer service but she had me at I didn't read the fine print. Bad company and customer service if you ask me. Find another wash with people who aren't trying to trap you in a contract. They do an okay job at washing your car. I've heard and seen some damage done to a few vehicles due to the high power of the equipment that brushes up against and blows on your car. Disappointed for sure read more

This company will take your money and then judge if you're worthy of their service, I always get hassled at the Springfield location by the extremely short car wash attendant and then told I can't n come there because my vehicle is to high profile. I knew this little dude was salty he tried to get me kicked out before but the manager overrode him. I took my vehicle to the White House location and they took great care of me and also my husband's which is an even higher profile. I think Tidal Wave Corp should look into this location in Springfield they seem to employ people who care more about flexing their pitiful amount of authority than making your company money. They will cost money by negative reviews alone which is sad when you have a location that does care. read more

First time here today and customer service very friendly and not pushy at all to join membership. They pre wash your vehicle and people smile so they must really enjoy their job. Love the vacuums and the little thingy to spray the dirt out of the hard to reach spots. They also have cleaning supplies and rags to use at no extra charge. We got the lowest car wash for $12 cause our vehicle wasn't that dirty and it done an amazing job. When we go back (and we will be back) going to try a different wash. I've always been Leary of car washes since the last one down the road done damage to our vehicle but I'm really glad we tried this one. It was worth the stop read more

Claims "unlimited washes" but only 1 time a day. I have Mr. Car Wash on my second car and " unlimited " there means unlimited. I have gone as much as 3 times in 1 day. read more
