Evet location I have been to has met every expectation as a customer. All the fluids are full. All the vacuums worked well. I went through this car wash and it broke my driver side mirror and snapped the plastic on it. it's not the workers fault obviously, but it seems they need to fix their machine, and to fix it is very expensive!! just trying to warn anyone who is thinking of using this car wash so that their mirror doesn't get broken... read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR & PUT On the TRACK. Ruined my quarter panel & undercarriage & they would not fix it or pay to have it fixed wouldn't even pay a deductible. Van was less than a month old. Followed the person's instructions on going in- it jumped me off the track, he said to try again & it did the same thing. When that last one happened it scraped my side quarter panel & they said they wouldn't do anything about it. We Took it to a repair place nearby & they said they've had a number of repairs due to this car wash. Pitiful customer service & apparently their conveyor isn't in top condition. This has never happened to me before or since ( I go elsewhere since it happened). read more

We live in Pleasant View and this car wash knocked molding off of my wife's car twice. We had it fixed at our expense. This week I went through this wash with my truck. It ripped my antenna away from the body of my truck. $1200 damage and I just heard from the owner stating they were not going to pay for the damage. He claimed the attendant asked if he could remove my antenna and I refused. This is a lie. I'm attaching a pic of the damage. Beware of this place!!! Tim, I appreciate your response, but no one said anything to me about removing the antenna. I was then told that there were signs stating that you are not responsible for damage to cars that are older than a certain year. This was not true. No signs, no warnings that the wash might rip your antenna out of your car. Just bad business. read more

Worst car wash I've ever been to. Not only was the higher-level wash not great with automatic. The crew did not brush off the back of my vehicle so when I came out, I had an entire section of my car from top to bottom that had not been cleaned. When I asked to go back through because they didn't brush the back, they told me that they couldn't do a rewash. The only thing they could do is give me a few minutes in the self-care wash. And it was such a busy day. I waited over 30 minutes so that I could clean off a small section of my car that took me one minute. I will never be returning to this location ever again read more

used to be the best in the area, today I went through and it barely got my car wet on the test, the brushes never touched the rear trunk of my car. horribl, for $10 at least the windows would have been cleaned. I came home and washed it myself. The people running it must just have tuned it over to kids to run. read more

I have been going to this car wash ever since it opened and have been satisfied until Sunday December 20th 2020. I have the unlimited 10 dollar wash a month. I go there 3 to 4 times a week.on Sunday while going through the automatic wash I heard a loud noise and my truck shook.when the rinse came on I noticed that my antenna was curled up and pointing sideways. When I pulled out my antenna was almost ripped out of my fender and my fender bent.the two attendants came out and said they had been having problems with the wash and ask me to fill out a damage form and they would report it..well its Tuesday 12 22 2020 and they are not wanting to pay for the damage. I got an estimate from Blackwell body shop he said when he saw it, car wash i said yes he said pleasant view I said yes..he said 3rd one this week one last week.when I was there so was another man with the same problem..if I heard right thats about 6 in 2 weeks..I well never go there again and I want drop this they need to pay. read more

Took my car through this car wash today. It ripped the left side mirror off my car. I talked with the attendant on duty, and he pointed to the sign saying not responsible for the damage. I turned away and shook my head. As I was walking away, I heard the attendant say not to shake my f*****g head. I turned around and asked him what was wrong with him, and he charged me with his fists balled up like he was going to punch me! Unbelievable customer service! Told me he deals with people like me all the time. He needs to find a different job then. DO NOT take your car here or you will be sorry. read more

The owner seems to have good credentials so hopefully someone makes this right and I change my review. Even the attendant /employee said my tires were lined up perfectly as I was going in already spraying. I just installed an amp 2 subs under the back seat right before the car wash, whole reason I was washing my brand new 2019 Nissan Titan SV I just paid $50K for so I would have noticed I look at the truck prolly 5 times a day and walked around it 360 degrees 20 times or more installing this equipment. Well I have a $2500 bed liner, and fiberglass top being added set up for final install 50% to be paid and installed Saturday that will obviously have to be pushed back due to where the damage is. My bed dont even have a scratch and its solid paint, I wouldnt put hardly anything in the bed until I had that mold sprayed on the inside of the bed.. The attendant should have warned me if there were any issues with my normal truck going thru there being I was in a brand new $50K truck, he got my ticket, I tipped him, even rolled down my window as I was going in worried about the black factory rims being scratched if I were lined up perfectly and he said "Good to go and I put it in neutral. I felt the small jokt about halfway to 3/4 of the way thru. There were two on site I seen and supposedly a manager I couldnt seem to find or get the kid to find. The damage was clearly done by a machine malfunction, Dylan Duncan, an employee, my attendant agreed, I know because the truck had 29 miles when I drove it off. Supposedly Dylan Duncan/Jessie Boyd/ which I seen, and Aaron Singlton was the manager. I did my due diligence took many pics with time stamps, called the sheriff, and my insurance company Progressive. It tore up my passenger side bed cap, about 20 deep scratches/scuffs and right below that it left about 15-20 deep scratches, one down to the bare metal and another shallow scratch about 20" long leading to the cab. It left z few scratches but the deep ones are my main concern with bare metal and possibly a ding in that spot. The clear coat and paint on the truck is practically armor coated from what Ive noticed until yesterday. It took two small chips one behind my door handle driver side and I was so upset I cannotvremember the other small chip. Also left a shallow perfect circle on the hood. a truck with 2000 miles that has been parked at the end of every parkinglot with sensors 360 and a backup isnt going to receive this kind of damage cruising. Have many pics before (Obviously not right before, I didnt expect to pay for a premium wash, $16 with tip to have my $50K brand new bed destroyed especially with an attendant there. Please contact me ASAP Im starting a new job Monday, which will have a work truck but I need to know what to tell these guys installing my bed liner, and Leer Fiberglass hard top. Those guys can vouch there absolutley not one scratch on the truck either. Definately will never use an auto wash again. Well antenna wont work in my case being a crew cab and the damage 10 feet or so from my antenna, I generally remove mine but they were busy zbd hadnt had aby issues so far. read more

Terrible. I've been to this car wash three times and will not use it again. The first two times I used the $15 automatic car wash. The first time using the automatic car wash I had soap left all over my car. The second time my driver side mirror and antenna fin where broken. I used the self wash the third time. I tried 3 different bays before I found one with "less" mud and trash in it. I guess this is one of the few places in this area for people to come spray the mud off of their trucks and off road vehicles. I spent a couple of minutes spraying the ground off inside the bay so I didn't track mud and hay into my car when I was done washing it. The tire shine applicator was inoperable, as was the air dryer in that bay. It stinks that this is the only car wash in Pleasant View. There are a handful off good car washes in Clarksville I will stick with going forward. read more

I highly recommend Champion car wash in Pleasant View. For $5 the manager soaped and rinsed the front of my van and then sent me through the automatic car wash. It came out very clean and with no damage - then the vacuum was free for us to use on the inside. The manager noticed the grill of my van was loose because of a wreck my son had been in, and took time to zip tie it down more securely. We will definitely use this business again! read more
