I came in to replace my tint and she immediately started trying to convince me not to wait, when I insisted I would her time estimate went from a few hours to 4-1/2 to all day. When I obviously wasn't scared off, even after she snarked "I'm gonna need more than that from you" she then started quoting the top end tint prices in a hurry, and when I corrected her on the number of doors my care had, she snapped that it "didn't matter" and that they charge the same. At this point, I saw where this was going and told her I'd pass since they obviously didn't care about their customers, and I left, noticing that another person from the lobby followed me. The tech listen to my needs and was willing to ultimately do whatever I wanted him to do in terms of tint percentage, but he gave me a few insightful tips, and I ended up taking his advice. I'm a perfectionist, so I tend to look for small imperfections. I was pleased to learn that there were no flaws at all. Brandy explained to me how busy they are and how they must make appointments. She was very nice about it and I did appreciate her explanation which helped me to understand the wait. Upon arrival for may appointment I was greeted by Rachel. First, Rachel had me pick out which film I wanted to use for the tint. Of course, the tint was totally legal to what the Tennessee State Law requires. Rachel told me I could have a seat to wait and explained how long it was going to take. The chairs are comfortable. Rachel engaged me in conversation when she could as everyone stays busy. Rachel introduced me to Brandy and then they both went back to work. A couple of minutes later, Andy came in and asked for my fob and immediately pulled the car in and went to work. Once I had the car done, I realized that it was well worth the wait. It was perfect. The factory could not have done better. About 8 months later my car was broken into and the would-be thieves broke the passenger front door window and smashed out the back-passenger door window. Because of the pandemic, they were able to get me in immediately to do the tint on the new windows. I had the same pleasant experience with Brandy, Rachel, and Andy. Once again, they did a superb job on the tint. Fast-forward a month and a half and some more would-be thieves broke into my car smashing the front driver's side window and then the driver's side back door window. After getting the windows replaced, I called Solar Insulation and they put me down to have my windows tinted as soon as they had an opening. A couple of days later they had a cancellation and get me right in to have the tint done. I had the same experience the third time with Rachel, Brandy, and Andy. There is a reason that word on the street and in many reviews, Solar Insulation is known as the best. Their customer service and attention to excellence in their craft is beyond reproach. I will always recommend anyone to go to Solar Insulation for their tinting needs.

I was on the llumar Formula One Website to find a certified Formula one shop near me and thankfully Eclipse Window Tinting TN Is only 10 mins away from where I live! so I sent an email to lock in an appointment and I Decided to get the Formula One Stratos series tint for the amazing heat rejection it offers on all 4 windows and my rear glass especially needing it the most. I dropped my car off in the morning I don't remember his name but a gentleman greeted me and walked around my car to see what I wanted to get done. Came back today to give them a second chance because of the first great experience. Was told again today they we're working on an appointment vehicle and would not take me again, even though they had about 4-5 workers on one vehicle and could have spare 1-2 for new business. You just lost a frequent customer because I like my truck clean d oils have given you business every week or two.
