This has never happened to me before or since ( I go elsewhere since it happened).

Then he just hung up. 10 minutes later guy calls me back and tells me the employee stepped out but is just getting off the interstate and would be there in a couple of minutes. 20 minutes later still no one. Obviously I left. I can't comment on the cleaning but would not give them a shot after this terrible customer experience. This can't be the same place that everyone gave great reviews to.

I'm one of those guys that park far away in parking lots and self-wash religiously. A friend recently told me of the benefits of ceramic coating and my mechanic (who specializes in Z's) recommended Larry's business. The ceramic coating is amazing! Larry and his team did an incredibly thorough job at an incredible price! The car is showroom clean and looks slippery! Love it. No one can believe its a 2004. Super hydrophobic finish - water simply beads off. Heck, towels will slip right off when I'm towel drying the car. Beautiful finish with additional protection against road stuff, bird stuff and life stuff. I love it and greatly appreciate Larry accommodating me during air travel in and out of BNA to get my car completed. 5/5 all the way!
