Van was less than a month old. Followed the person's instructions on going in- it jumped me off the track, he said to try again & it did the same thing. When that last one happened it scraped my side quarter panel & they said they wouldn't do anything about it. We Took it to a repair place nearby & they said they've had a number of repairs due to this car wash. Pitiful customer service & apparently their conveyor isn't in top condition. This has never happened to me before or since ( I go elsewhere since it happened).
