Smears on the inside of the windows I needed to clear behind, not a big deal, just poor quality. After speaking with the owner, rather than him taking any ownership he was extremely rude and told me I shouldn't have PlastiDip'd my rims. I've done this to 5 vehicles now and have never had a problem with many details. Yes I understand it fades over time. He proceeded to tell me he talked to his guys and that they said "it was already like that". Classic "where's your proof we damaged your car" sleaziness. Initially he was pushing to come respray the tires, but considering they damaged my vehicle and the terrible response from the owner, I didn't want to trust them any further around my car. He finally (rudely) agreed to reimburse the cost of the exterior detail. Shit service and ownership over their craft. Make sure to take pictures of your vehicle before you let them touch it.

We paid $16 for their second level car wash and then took advantage of the free towels, vacuums, and cleaners (both glass and multipurpose). Jonathan Kiara did a wonderful job and provided excellent customer service. Kiara explained the wash membership and it's something to consider if you like a nice clean car. Jonathan helped us by pressure washing our floor mats right because the mat cleaner was broken. Would definitely come back again soon. It's 7/25 and still nothing. I got a survey asking how satisfied I was with customer service...um, not at all considering you've done nothing. Absolutely awful!
