I get my car washed almost every week. There seems to be a lot of turn over at the Dublin, Georgia Tidal Wave Car Wash. The good help leaves quickly. I believe because they have poor supervision. The employees who try to do a good job get frustrated with no support. Most are poorly trained so they do a poor job such as roughly wiping off your windshield like they are mad at you or someone at the facility. They are not careful like they were when I first joined. If another facilitly opened in Dublin, Georgia I would leave this facility. If you ask a question from most employees they don't know because it appears they have not been trained properly. I wish Ed was still here or he could come back and train the supervisor and the help so it could return to a very fine running machine. read more

They had a lot of work to do with my car as far as detailing as I had just moved cross country with my dogs. They were able to get all the hair vacuumed out in what I felt was a reasonable amount of time, the guy detailing apologized for taking so long, there was ALOT to do! As far as the surface cleaning, did they miss a few spots? Yeah, but for the price I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. They are having a grand opening special right not which is 50% off the cost of a monthly plan for the first 3 months (cancel anytime) so I paid $29.99 for interior and exterior and can go back as needed. Never never go back. Wife got car cleaned in & out. Currently it's sitting in our driveway with all doors and hatches open it smells like a French whorehouse inside. Enough perfume to kill a horse. read more

I have received decent washes in the past. Let the pictures speak for themselves. These pictures were right after leaving. Paying for this type of clean doesn't make sense no matter how you look at it. read more

I promise if your car is dirty don't expect for it to come out clean clean . I paid 20$ for a wash and I still have dirt on my car . the vacuums make it worth it I guess read more
