They were short staffed, as most places are nowadays, and I was told it would take about an hour to hour and a half, because they were backed up. Today was my only day available to have it cleaned. I was impressed that the owner (or manager) went outside and worked to help the others. My SUV was spotless inside and out. The staff were all friendly and hard working. I honestly can't say about the value because I don't have other prices/full service washes to compare the cost but I didn't think it was too high for hand washing and drying. I will be back.

I sold the car that had the subscription in May of 2025, but the website requires a code from the windshield sticker which was removed when I sold the car and do not have the sticker. There is no one to call and they have been charging me for a year. Then just this month I got an additional charge...makes my head explode. After you align your car to that thing on the floor with their assistance, you get asked about your car info. In a small form you write down the model, make, year and also your name and contact info. Then they ask you what kind of oil you want--do you want synthetic? I said I want the cheapest and the receipt I got says, "Refused synthetic." I was in there for maximum 15 minutes. Total bill was $60+. I believe there's an option to bring your own oil. You get in there, get what you need to do and leave. No time wasted, no drama, no attempt to charge you extra like in other places so I'm giving it 5 stars.

This is the Enmark store on Cordell Road Albany Georgia The staff there are super courteous and…read moremindful of time. They try to have you in and out as quickly as possible and always with a smile. The products they offer are top notch the variety is great and the store is always clean. I have used the car wash many times and very pleased every time. I have had there hot dogs and donuts and they are good and priced right. And as I said before the store is always clean. And one last tid bit of knowledge. They have some of the best Coffee i have ever had, always fresh and hot and condiments are always available. And you can purchase one of their cups and get a large coffee for less than a dollar and did I mention they offer all kinds of coffees to include decaf and spiced coffees and about six different types to suit every taste.
