this company is basically a scam. they are predatory scalpers and ho jack prices up, I made the mistake of ordering tickets from them in 2021, due to Covid the band rescheduled for 2022 well the other day they completely cancelled the tour. I have been trying to get my refund and I can't contact anyone, I got an automated email telling me to sell my tickets and they don't refund, sell my tickets for a cancelled event? lol god I'm angry what a mistake please do not purchase from this scam company don't make the same mistake I made! read more

Basically robbed us of $430. They "postponed" our event with no reschedule date. They refused to refund us (even with cancellation insurance) because it was "not technically cancelled". Then a full year later they notified us that it was cancelled, and that we could receive our funds through WEBSITE CREDIT, which needed to be used on events in like the next 5 weeks. Obviously there was nothing even close to equivalent to our money's worth. Had the wrong dates on receipts (months off from the real purchase date), and are just flat out criminals. I'm disgusted that I lost that much money on a date night we never got to have. read more

would leave a no star if possible. took $445 for 3 tickets to Bonnie Raitt and never delivered them. the seller then resold the tickets to another person. I was out the money, and out the tickets. customer service is a bunch of non English speaking persons who give your the run around. read more

If there was a 0 that's what I would have given them. I paid for my tickets and they never sent them. I spent hours on their chat line only to receive a message stating "thank you for your patience. The next available agent will be with you as soon as possible." Long story short, the Ryman auditorium in Nashville, would not accept my paper confirmation. I may as well have thrown $182 in the garbage. We were so sad. Do not buy from these people, go straight to the source. read more

Total scam, never use this service. Bought tickets for Bonnie Raitt in San Diego 6 months ago on a quick decision as I new they concert would sellout. They will not provide the tickets until the day of the concert, hopefully and who knows what I will actually get if they arrive. read more

SCAM WARNING - TICKETS ON SALE! Do NOT purchase from Tickets on Sale - it's a complete RIPOFF. PRICE GOUGING that should be illegal - ticket prices way above face value, even on ones that are readily available from the venue. Tickets arrive so late you're a day from the event with no reassurance they're even actually coming to plan your night out. Give a range of seats and deliver on the worst in the section. No recourse to cancel or get a refund. Read the fine print - they don't even guarantee your tickets are coming! Paid to appear at top of Google searches so you inadvertently click on them instead of the venue or a trusted source like Ticketmaster or a legit resale ticket vendor like Stub Hub. DO NOT BUY from this website!!!! read more

These guys are crooks. I was going to buy tickets for a Comic con. I thought it was suspicious that the price was $145, since that's way more than I've ever payed for a comic con entrance fee. Then they tried to charge a "service fee" of $50 and and email fee of $20. I'm glad that I stopped before I realized that the actual tickets were on sale on the Fancon website for only $37. This website should be shut down. read more

RIP OFF. You'll be charged a premium for a regular seat in an unknown area.

My husband thought he was doing something nice buying me Journey concert tickets for our anniversary. We fought with the company for 4 hours trying to get the e-tickets. They tried to say that it is our fault we weren't receiving the email from ticketmaster. We got the email from ticketmaster 30 minutes from the ticketmaster saying that the tickets were cancelled. We demanded a refund as the company policy states that they have a 100% guarantee to call the company if you do not receive the tickets between 48 hours to 1 hour before the event. Failure to call within the 48 hour to 1 our of the event can disqualify you from getting a refund. Well we never received the tickets only the cancellation from ticketmaster 30 minutes before the concert. we live an hour away an knew we weren't going to make the concert so we quoted the company policy to the customer service representative and he said that is not the company policy and we are not entitled to a refund. There own website says we are and told him to go look it up. We asked to talk to a Supervisor or dispute resolution officer within the company and we got no we can't talk to a Supervisor. We are now filing a dispute with our credit company and going to review this company on every website I can find because it is a complete scam and fraudulent company. They failed to deliver and we missed the concert because then never sent the tickets even after calling several time 4 1/2 hours before the start of the concert. Beware I will be filing also with the BBB. Stay safe everyone avoid this company at all costs you will dearly pay$$$$$$$ and lose. read more

These people are terrible. They are guilty of price gouging, they don't immediately deliver any tickets, and they don't tell you where your seating is. I am disputing this transaction with American Express. read more

Literally the worst ticket seller out there. I bought tickets for a specific event at a local area. With little notice, the concert venue was moved to 50 miles further away and to a inconvenient date, with no option to get a refund or even a credit for a future show. They also unilaterally changed the seating to a significantly lesser spot for these expensive tickets. Adding to this, there is also no way to contact them except by phone, but of course, no one has ever answered the phone. This is basically a quasi-legitimate corporate business operating a full scale scam. Stay far, far away. read more

DO NOT buy tickets!!!!!! I paid $429.64 for 2 tickets that I NEVER received. They claim the seller sent them to my email but I never got them. When I called I was put on hold for over 2hrs!! Then they promised me my tickets would arrive in time for the concert, or I would be refunded. The tickets never came and now they are telling me that they are NOT going to offer a refund!!! I hope this company goes out of business!!!!!!! read more

If there were 0 stars - that's what I'd give. Took my money back in March, 2020 - the event was postponed 2 times and occurred on July 10, 2021. I never received a link or invitation to accept tickets in spite of calling daily for a week before the event and providing all current contact information and email. After the event was over and I did not get the tickets - I asked for a refund of my $1300 for the tickets and was told "no - that the seller sent my tickets". When I asked for proof or more details, I was either hung up on, disconnected or my live chat screen "froze". How can they say the seller sent me the tickets before the event when I can show I never received them! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAILURE TO DELIVER read more

Our concert tickets were promised by TicketsOnSale to be delivered on or before September 21, 2022, for a concert on September 28, 2022. We got an email from TicketsOnSale on September 22, 2022, with an order update that our tickets now won't be shipped until September 23, 2022. We are traveling from Idaho to New York City for this concert and don't have an address to receive these tickets at. We Live Chatted TicketsOnSale to request a refund but to no avail. They offered us a solution of reselling the tickets on our own. How can we do that if we don't have the tickets and we don't trust that we will receive them before the concert? They have a customer guarantee that you will receive the tickets before the show. They don't seem to care that the tickets may be delivered to Idaho the day of the show. We will never use them again. read more

I searched for WWE tickets for Omaha, Nebraska for a man with a developmental disability who I provide care for. I shopped for tickets for WWE Omaha, Nebraska. They sent me tickets for WWE Uncasville, Connecticut-- which I've never heard of. I asked for a refund. And they said no, it's my responsibility to make sure I receive receive I'm correct tickets. I paid for the insurance-- that apparently also doesn't help me. I'm going to absorb the $300 cost so he doesn't have to. read more

They will hold your ticket until the event that is it guaranteed what you bought. This is a scam company. Yeah you'll get your ticket within 24hrs of your event so they don't have to refund you. Horrible company. Thieves. I purchased tickets for a concert that has been cancelled. They will not refund my money. total scam! i am so upset i did not look into them further! i have sent info to bbb. go to any other ticket vendor.

I purchased NCAA tickets for the first round of the basketball tournament held in San Diego at SDSU and had a terrible experience with Tickets on Sale from start to finish. First, the tickets never transferred to me as indicated in an email which necessitated me contacting their service center. After numerous attempts to chat with an online customer service agent I was sent a QR code through Ticketmaster which didn't work at the entry gate on the day of the event. I was sent to a customer resolutions window to work out the problem and after missing half of the first game, was finally sent a working electronic ticket for the first session only. it didn't work for the other sessions I purchased spending over $800 on two tickets. We had to have security admit us to the second session and never received tickets to the third session. We contacted the Tickets on Sale customer service rep whom promised a refund on our experience. The rep indicated that a request for refund document would be sent to me in 2-5 business days and it's now day 10 without a correspondence. This service indicates a 100% customer guarantee that they have yet to fulfill. Buyer beware. read more

Bought tickets to see Norm MacDonald and he died 3 days later. They will not refund my money. Said event was canceled due to COVID. Offered store credit. There are so many bad reviews I've read since. Should have researched a little better and bought my tickets from another place. Do not buy tickets from here. Many people have been ripped off. Go read the reviews, there is even a class action lawsuit page on Facebook for other people who have been ripped off from this place. read more

This was the absolute worst experience I have had in a long time! We were on Paul McCartney's website wanting to buy tickets and somehow got redirected to ticketsonsale.com. We were unaware that this had happened and unknowingly ended up with ticket for some other event that we we not interested in at all! I called the site right away to explain the mix up but they let me know right away that there was nothing they could do. I was shocked to find out that I just spent $762.55 of my hard earned money on the wrong tickets, no fault of my own, to a site that refused to refund me or even give me a credit to buy the tickets that I intended to buy. I am so upset, I don't know what to do! Now I can not afford to see Paul McCartney and this is the very last time he will come through here. I took photos of the shocking and unbelievable chat I had with Darwin! He would not get me to a manager and he said that it is their policy to not ever give money back! I asked for a credit but he could not do that either. I asked for the sellers info so I could resolve it with him and he refused to give me that info. I asked him if he could list my tickets for sale on their site and he said that he could not do that either. He said that I could try listing them on ticketsonsale.com but they probably would not get approved! How can that be!? I just don't see how they can get away with steeling my money... I just don't understand how they can do business like this... I am so upset and no one from that site will help me or even cares read more

concerts were canceled *due to covid* and my husband and i never received our refund. you can't get a hold of anyone to resolve this issue, as they outsource their customer service to other countries, who have no idea how to manage refunds. we had tickets for santana and earth wind and fire. so, ticketsonsale.com basically highjacked our money for 2 years, and we still have not received, or heard anything more about it. i tried contacting again, but they just say our order id number cannot be found. if i could give a zero minus for this service line, i would!!!!! read more
