Purchased tickets to a concert 2 months in advanced from these guys. The concert venue was a 2 hr drive so I booked a hotel to spend the night. 3 days before the concert I contacted them via chat that I still had not received my tickets. They kept telling me it could be up until an hr before the concert that I would receive my tickets. So I drove the 2 hrs and was sitting in the parking lot of the venue still waiting for my tickets. Turns out they could never reach the seller!! So no concert for me as it was sold out. I think the seller resold the tickets for more money because he could get it. Now in all fairness, the support people were helpful and I received a refund. But this is a bad business model because the resellers tickets aren't frozen when you buy through them, so no guarantee you are going to get to go to the concert. Do not buy from this outlet, they seem like ticket master but are not. read more

Purchased two tickets to a Graham Nash concert at Playhouse on Rodney Square in Wilmington Delaware for Oct 3. I thought that I was purchasing tix directly from the venue. That was my error. Tickets were supposed to have been emailed to me in advance of the show. It is now Nov 30. I received an email from this company indicating that I needed to call them. I called THREE TIMES today. Representative (from India) told me that my tickets would be ready for pickup at the venue - based upon a change in policy regarding emailing tickets. I called the venue. No tickets under my name and no change in policy of sending tickets. Venue told me that I paid quadruple the price of the tix and that I could still purchase better seats directly from them for 1/4 of the price. AVOID THE PLACE! IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM! read more

Avoid at all costs! They make it seem like they are the official website. I ended up buying tickets for 2x the price and after realizing from the email confirmation they were not Ticketmaster, I called within minutes but they said all sales are final. So deceptive! When checking out, I started with low $200's then the order didn't go through, then would go up higher, and higher, making it seem like those were the only tickets available. Scammers! They should not be allowed to be in business! read more

Pure fraud, pretending to be ticket master and sell you tickets that are over priced and wont issue a refund. answering service from the Philippines and will not help as they just read their scripts like machines. BE AWARE read more

Don't ever buy from this scam of a business. Bought tickets several months in advance for a show that was 5 hours away. Had similar experience to others where I received emails saying the tickets would be sent the day before the show, then an email saying I'd get them the day of the show. Day of the show they call to tell me the seller decided not to transfer the tickets. Sold out show, so no tickets and too late to cancel the hotel. Luckily we have friends that live locally so the trip wasn't completely ruined. They did issue a refund. Terrible company, never use them. read more

These people can go to hell. They pay to make Google make them appear to be the official event seller for whatever event you look for, and then trick customers into paying 3x the price for tickets and do not even issue the tickets for a prolonged time, only to refuse any and all cancellations and refunds. They are scammers and liars on their website, showing limited ticket numbers, to create a sense of urgency and blind you to what they are selling. What they are selling is a chance to get a ticket. I was told I'll have it in 4 days, but I don't trust them! I went ahead and found the actual website for the event and bought my wife and I legitimate tickets for 1/3 the price, and got them immediately sent to my inbox. These people can go right to hell. read more

This is a fraudulent business. They misrepresent themselves as direct from the venue. It is third party reseller with wildly inflated prices. I did not receive tickets. I just received emails promising the tickets would be transferred to me somehow in the future. Vague and suspicious. Business refuses to process refunds and refused to address my complaint. This is a scam. read more

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS ONLINE COMPANY!! i was scammed and overpaid $100 per ticket for a concert. I tried to cancel the order immediately and was told "no refunds". DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I was misled into believing I was purchasing from the legitimate concert ticket vendor and ended up paying 250% more than face value. As if that wasn't bad enough I am still waiting for my tickets to be delivered 4 months after the purchase date. The concert is only a week away and I don't have the tickets nor can I resell them because they are not in my possession. I have been back and forth with them for months to no avail. All I get from them are unfulfilled promises and lies upon lies. This company should be shut down! BEWARE!!!!!! read more

DO NOT BUY THESE OVERPRICED TICKETS... I seen No where to choose the date for the show and thought it would be on the next screen, and I did push confirm, without the proper date... and immediately seen that it chose June 2... instead of April 28th when I will actually be there to attend the show... I IMMEDIATELY tried to cancel while it was still processing... it would not let me. I tried on line chat... no help... I tried talking to customer service... no help! they offered to help me resale... when I asked how to resell she told me to google it! Some help!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE.... It's TERRIBLE! And hard to use! And impossible to work with if something is wrong. They charged me DOUBLE for the price of what the theatre charges... I'm so disappointed! $354 for NOTHING! read more

A complete scam. TicketsOnSale.com is merely a very high markup reseller. It poses as a legitimate agent, but takes money and just steers customer to original retail online site. Also, sold us tickets fora minor league baseball game for an event date that didn't exist and then wouldn't refund when we explained event didn't exist. Had to get money from credit card dispute. Was able to buy directly from team much cheaper. Don't use! read more

Do not use this company. They are a scam operation. This is a third party who had no idea where the tickets will actually email from. I ordered tickets for an event Jan 04, 2025 and never got the tickets. They had me check several other ticketing companies because they had no idea where my tickets were actually coming from. After hours online and on the phone I got the tickets, shortly before the event. read more

Terrible business. I went online to buy tickets to a show which was very reasonably priced. Shame on me for not doing my homework. Checking out seemed normal, then upon paying I ended up paying almost triple what the ticket cost was!!! I then received an email that the tickets would not be available for 2 months! I tried to cancel my transaction but they said there were no refunds and I would receive my tickets on time. Fast forward 2 months. I was told that they would be available on 10/18(concert was on the 20th). Guess what?! NOTHING CAME! I promptly got online and went to their customer "care" live chat which just kept shifting me to different people. I sent in an email which was responded to, but looked like it was written by a 10 year old. The email made no sense and said I would be compensated, then later on said that I could switch it to will call. I specifically said that I wanted my money back. I did not trust this site after purchasing initially, and I was not going to trust that my tickets had magically shown up and were at will call. Don't sell tickets that you don't actually have. Worse off after each email I kept getting calls from scam numbers. Also you can go on their website and see all of these 4 star reviews, but can't go on there and add one! Ticketsonsale.com is a scam, do your research and buy tickets elsewhere!!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS SITE, it is complete and utter scam. I bought a couple of small venue concert tickets as a graduation gift and when I checked out, there was $100 added to each ticket. Then the concert was "postponed" -- 10 months later -- and I have no way of using these tickets. Called Tickets OnSale for help re-selling them, and they of course said there's nothing they can do except help me do an internet search for sites that help people resell tickets. DO NOT USE THEM, ever. Nothing good comes of it and you're going to be out a lot of money. read more

I purchased three Beyoncé concert tickets from TicketsOnSale.com on May 3, 2025, for the June 19 Paris show. I chose the Honey Bucking section, which is located closer to the stage and seemed like a good deal compared to U.S. prices. After I placed my order, I contacted them several times asking when my tickets would be delivered. Each time, they told me there was "nothing to worry about" and that the tickets would arrive before the event. I trusted their reassurances. Because of that, I booked an international trip for myself, my mother, and my daughter -- including airfare, hotel, rushed passports, meals, and necessities. Altogether, I spent around $6,000, expecting to receive the seats I paid for. Instead, the tickets I eventually received (too late to cancel or adjust travel) were in Section B4 -- near the top of the stadium, third row from the back -- much cheaper and not at all what I ordered. I had to buy replacement tickets the day of the show in a different section just to attend. TicketsOnSale.com's actions were misleading and unacceptable. They took my money, failed to deliver the product as promised, and offered no real solution. I've filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, New York and Delaware Attorney General, and my credit card company. I strongly warn others: this company is not trustworthy. Don't risk your time, money, or experience on this site. read more

When you try to contact them you get some AI generated response. And they try to say "your tix will be delivered a day before the show" The day before?!?! Not trustworthy!! Don't use this site! This company is an absolute scam. I purchased tickets for my parents as a Christmas gift on 12/24/24 for a show in February 2025. When purchasing it never gave me the option as to how to have them delivered... it stated "special delivery", and never had an option to put my parents names. I assumed when I clicked next it would direct me to do so, but instead completed the purchase. When I received the email confirmation it stated tickets could only be picked up at will call box office and I was the name on the will call pick up. It stated in order to have the name changed to call or email and they would change the name. I do not live in the same state so must get my parents name on the will call pick up for their show. I was first told it was taken care of and that I would receive an email confirmation with my Mom's name on the will call pick up. Then I receive an email stating the name can't be changed. They are now refusing to change the name, saying the seller can't and that it stated that before I purchased them- which it absolutely did not!
