I have fun but it's not the best place to see anything you actually wanna hear…read more I'm pretty sure I've been here throughout the years. I think my first concert was here but we got so high on the way down I only remember two songs from the opener and none of the trip. This most recent visit was Friday. They wouldn't let my wife bring in her purse. However they let someone bring in a larger one right before her. So she drew attention to this. They didn't care. She had to go buy a $10 clear bag. This really wouldn't have been an issue if it wasn't so inconsistent. Also like I know you can charge whatever you want for food and drink cuz it's your venue and all but should you?! Anyway lawn tickets aren't really worth it. It's like hey you sit outside and watch other people attend a concert.

I would come back to the BB&T Pavilion again for a concert in the future based on when I came here…read moreto see Blondie and Elvis Costello. This was an outdoor concert. The sound was good, cool A/V with the projector screens and lights, and it was easy to move about during the concert. We had driven down and parked at BB&T. The peace of mind was worth the money out of pocket. At the time, we didn't often go to this area/part of Jersey, so we decided to park there. We purchased specific seats for this show. I thought the chairs were comfortable. Also, the concession booths had lots of options, and I remember the prices being reasonable.

Magical unicorn here! I visited Fright Factory this year on the final Saturday (the busiest night)…read morebefore Halloween and it is well worth the money, especially when you can go alone or at most a group of two. The scare actors timed their approaches perfectly and scared the living !@#$%^&* out of me more than ten times. I was scared out of my mind at one point and thought about leaving, but I had to continue because, well, I paid for a VIP ticket! At one point, I could not see in front of me and I felt so discombobulated that I wanted to sit and calm myself down. Right after I left the haunt, I felt really nauseous. That's how scary this was. This haunt is THE BEST HAUNT IN PHILLY 2025. Eastern State Penitentiary was good. Lincoln Mill was better. But this haunt... jeez, it's on another level. Nobody's paying me to say any of this. I like going to places without someone else swaying my opinion. The scenes are really good and well thought out. Lincoln Mill tried copying one of the scenes at Fright Factory but it pales by comparison to Fright Factory. You will be scared out of your mind when the monster approaches you in it. Big props to the creepy clowns. They make Art the Clown look normal by comparison. One clown in particular had this way of approaching me that was hella creepy. I was freaked out! I timed this haunt on my smart watch at 25 minutes from start to finish. It is described as three parts/acts/sections according to their web site and other reviews. There's more to it than just thinking about the haunt as sections. If you submerge yourself into any one room for too long, you will see, as I did, how scary that could be. I was hightailing it out of certain areas as fast as I could as the monsters chased after me, sometimes for long corridors before they let up. You're looking at a much longer haunt stepwise than most other haunts. According to my smart watch, I experienced almost 4 minutes of 127+ bpm heart rate (that's super high intensity), about 11.5 minutes of 99-127 bpm heart rate (high intensity), and 11 minutes of 71-99 bpm moderate intensity. I'm an elite level athlete (#6 in the world in yoga asana competition), so your experience may differ. If you suffer from any heart or breathing conditions, be sure to get that all well-maintained before you enter this scary haunt.

They definitely need more actors. The area is dirty waiting in line. The guy was yelling at people…read moreto form a straight line when everyone was already in a straight line. It was super annoying. Lincoln Mills in Manayunk is so much better.

The venue has a capacity to accommodate 19,600 concert goers, similar to MSG which holds 20,000. Pros - acoustics were fantastic. - seats were comfortable with cup holders. - security was quick, they did't even check my bag. Just told me to walk on through. - lots of food choices if you want a quick bite. - restrooms were clean, plenty of stalls for the ladies. - parking and exiting our vehicle was easy. Cons - I got excellent seats close to the floor but I sat sort of sideways if you get my drift. Had to turn my body all the way to my left to see the stage. I would probably get seat(s) in a different section next time. - Parking was expensive $44 including fee. I would have enjoyed the show more if the girl sitting next to me didn't scream and sang along to every one of Lovato's songs right in my ear. Still, I had a blast!! I would totally attend another concert here.

Overpriced everything. $38 for two miller lites- prices have skyrocketed This obviously varies pending the event but it was nice to have no line for the ladies restroom. You can buy parking ahead of time using the app, and you get really close parking until the arena for $40.

"I think they're priced the same as when the film originally came out," the ticket-seller said. A nice tribute to Diane Keaton! It seems management took patrons' advice and remedied all the wrongs I saw posted. The concession stand was bustling and everyone appeared satisfied. The bathrooms were clean, as was the theater. I expected seats to be one level in Theater 19, which only accommodates 84 people. I was happy to see it was designed like larger theaters with stadium seating up the stairs. What struck me odd were the seats themselves. The original one I chose had some 'give,' forcing me to lean back when I like to sit straight up. I tried a few different seats which all had that feature to some degree. Finally settled in, a fellow sat next to me and I realized the seats were closer together than they should be, so I moved. All that seat-testing for nothing! Would I come to this theater again? Sure! The movie screen was big, I like the staff, there's plenty of parking and I ran errands afterwards at the mall across the street.

Hard to beat the combination of crab fries, a few drinks, and BOGO dogs (RIP dollar dogs) along with sunny 60 degree weather. I've been to dozens of games at this point, so I'm very biased, but to me the stadium and games are well run, family friendly and an all around good time. My only complaint would be the concession prices. Especially for families it can be quite the expense to get food and beverages. Fall Festival Season can be overwhelming, so many beers to drink outside happening on the same day!…read moreHere's the case for choosing this Fest: 1. Cancel out all the beers you're going to drink with an (untimed) 5K run (literally) by the Fishtown Beer Runners starting at 12. $25 gets you a free tshirt, plastic cup, tote bag, free water, and most importantly, 2 drink tickets (Thanks for the registration Yelp!)! This year's course had a mural challenge where you could win a pint glass for posting 5 pictures. The course is (lightly) marked, and with the help of directing volunteers at each turn, only a few people got lost! The course runs through regular streets and is not blocked off so watch out for cars, pedestrians, dog poop, etc. 2. Super kid friendly - there's hula hoops, a bouncy castle, live music, face painters, crafts, and other games! 3. Drinks - lots of local beer options, which is great. No cocktails or wine, but there was a cider! tall tables for you to enjoy your beverages. 4. Food - not a ton of options (3-4 trucks- Biscuit's Biscuits, Kung Fu Hoagie, Cow and the Curd and a few others), but a nice seating area with picnic tables. 5. Vendors - not too crowded, so lots of space to walk around and enter contests! With less people you have higher chances of winning! I won a gift card basket with gift cards from uber, netflix, and wine and spirits! They also had some cool Fishtown shirts, and the usual cool jewelry, local realtors, etc. 6. Great views of the river and the Ben Franklin Bridge!

What a cute little festival in a nice open space! I won a bib for the 5K through a Yelp contest…read more(thanks Yelp!) and made my way down to the 2015 festival. The 5K was a fun run and super laid back. It was a nice way to tour Fishtown, a neighborhood I usually don't frequent. After the run, I was able to claim my run swag bag and tickets into the beer tent. The beer tent wasn't huge but it had a solid representation of 2nd Story Brewing, Evil Genius, Do Good (a new brewery local to Port Richmond), Fat Tire, St Benjamin, Philadelphia Brewing Company, Neshaminy Creek and Kurant Cider. It was a bit of a bummer you had to keep the beer within the beer tent and couldn't walk the grounds though. Outside of the beer tent, there were about 5-6 food trucks which included Scratch Biscuits, Mom-Mom's, Philly Fry and a few others. I think my favorite part of the entire event was their pet tent area. They had several local shelters set up shop to promote their rescue organizations. They even brought some adoptable dogs and cats to the event. I thought I knew I was pretty well versed in Philly's local rescue organizations, but I learned about a few new ones like City of Elderly Love and Citizens for a No-Kill Philadelphia. In addition to all of the rescue pups, a lot of festival-goers brought their own dogs. It was adorable city! There were also a few rows of some great craft vendors and services. And did I mention the live music? A stage was set up with acts brought in through WXPN near the beer tent. All of this happened in the huge Penn Treaty Park. I'm definitely adding the Rivercity Festival to my list of festivals to attend again in the future.
