Came here for the flyers game last night & had a great experience! The game itself was great (flyers win!!!) Getting in was easy & lines werent to long when I arrived. It was a quick and smooth process. Food and drinks were a little pricy but thats normal for any arena. Staff was all very friendly. Semmed like you could get good views from anywhere in the arena which is a plus! Great experience here.

Flyers vs. Rangers January 17, 2026.

Came here for the Flyers-Rangers game on January 17, 2026. I've been to countless Phillies games over the years but this was my first Flyers game since I was a kid, and first time ever at this arena. Unfortunately my dumb friend from New York came with me and got to gloat as the Rangers stomped the Flyers 6 - 3. But that is neither here nor there. It's a lovely arena. We came by public transport (PATCO from South Jersey and then Septa to the stadium complex in South Philly) so we did not have to deal with parking. We arrived an hour before kickoff and there were no lines so getting in was a breeze. The arena is big and clean with lots to see and do before the game. The prices are exorbitant - $47 for a beer and my first born child for a slice of pizza or whatever it was - but I guess that's to be expected at any concert or sporting event. Overall it was a great time despite the outcome. If it weren't so expensive I would probably come more often.

Though it's still Wells Fargo Center to me, we had the usual great time enjoying a Flyers game. Great energy, great food options, great fun! Though it wasn't the outcome we hoped for this night, the theme is clear - Great!

Formally Wells Fargo Arena. Now Xfinity mobile Arena. What a lovely venue. We drove down from northern New Jersey to see Adam Sandler. He was meh. But boy did I love the arena! First of all, unlike all the places up near us parking was a dream. You literally pulled into the parking lot and no matter where you parked. It was like less than a five minute walk. The handicap spots are all probably less than 100 feet from the entrance. We got right in. Lines went fast. All the seat seats give you a great view. They're comfortable. There were a lot of places to eat different selections and plenty of seating. I really enjoyed this venue and would go back there again

This is a beautiful arena. Easy to get to. Parking is convenient and close the entrances. Plenty of areas to eat and drink. Food vendor selections are great. The seats are comfortable. We saw Adam Sandler. Meh. Disappoint going actually.

First time here. Took the trip from NYC last minute to see the final Wu-Tang Clan concert. Arriving to the arena, I noticed Philadelphia has all their sports teams within the same area, which seemed like a great idea. The arena was very nice, had a lot of entrance points, restaurants and concession areas. I had a floor seat and very good view of the stage. The seats were comfortable and overall, had a great experience at the arena, and watching the show. Wu-Tang Forever!

Opened in 1996, this venue has a capacity of 21,000 for basketball, 19,173 for hockey, and 17,597 for arena football. Sat on the 100 level for a recent NHL game. Wide concourse and plenty of food and drink options available on this level. Men's Restroom had plenty of urinals and stalls. Plenty of water bottle filling stations throughout. And the Rangers beat the Flyers 6-3. I may be back next season.

I've renamed the venue the X. Too much to say the name & it doesn't flow yet compared to the previous. However, I love going to this arena for sports and concerts! It's always a vibe. Drinks/food are costly but it's the norm for arenas. It's clean and organized. I wish seats offered a little more arm room but it's all good. Until next time X!

I didn't know that the arena name was changed to this name. I came for a boxing event. It's an arena. You already know it's big very busy and the food is very expensive. A bottle of water was $7 and that is ridiculous. You cannot take any bags in there bigger than a certain size if it's bigger than like a little clutch, you have to go to a different entrance to get in. They do make that announcement before they let you in but what if I wasn't standing there in line before they opened the doors to hear the announcement? You have to be directed to another entrance and you go through a metal detector. I felt like I was at the airport going through TSA. The bathrooms are clean.

A great experience! We came in town for the UNRIVALED PHILLY and made HERSTORY while we were there! So happy to have been apart of a sold out arena. Everything was ran smoothly -Lines were not a bother and I was grateful for that because the show started before the game! I highly suggest doing the SpotHero parking as we parked right infront of the entry doors. With it being so cold that was a bonus!

My sister certainly scored with getting us tickets to see Disney on ice during the holiday! My little one is 4 and now that she had the opportunity to see most of the shows highlighted in the presentation it was that more meaningful. The layout and the seating was perfect, especially for kids and parents alike. I was initially worried that they (kids) wouldn't be able to navigate narrow seats and high seating angles but thankfully the seating sections available was very kid friendly. And with that we were able to enjoy the show. Our party of 6 had also previously attended the arena for a 76ers game with my little one and again we didn't have any concerns or issues during that game either. Anything higher might be a problem for kids. We had great times! For kids events I do recommend buying the Disney light ups on Amazon well in advance if you don't want to break the bank because any cool toy sold in the arena was EXPENSIVE!

I have gone here many times over the years for concerts and most recently have attended a few flyers games. The security goes pretty fast and the staff is always generally very nice. There really aren't many bad seats due to the size of the arena as compared to say the linc or citizens bank park. I haven't gone to many of the different food stands but I know there are a few and only certain stands sell certain drinks as well. Overall, a decent venue and not a bad one to navigate! Ample parking options for all the Philly complexes.

What stood out the most was how nice everyone was. I've had not so great experiences at sports games in Florida, so I was ready for a completely different vibe. But people here were so kind. Like genuinely kind. They helped us find lockers, pointed us to the elevator, and made sure we got to our seats without any confusion. Huge shoutout to Beverly H and Glynn M because they really made the night. My friend's phone was dying and Glynn helped her out with a charger right away. Beverly was also trying to find one for her too. And for me, I had no idea what was going on half the time with the game, and Beverly took the time to explain it in a way that actually made sense. I didn't feel lost at all. It really felt like that whole "city of brotherly love" thing is real. Even though the Phillies lost, it didn't even matter. We still had such a good time. My friend hadn't been to a game since the Veterans Stadium days and she had so much fun she's already talking about getting season tickets... once they start winning again lol Overall just a really fun night with great energy and even better people. I'd absolutely go back.

I have fun but it's not the best place to see anything you actually wanna hear…read more I'm pretty sure I've been here throughout the years. I think my first concert was here but we got so high on the way down I only remember two songs from the opener and none of the trip. This most recent visit was Friday. They wouldn't let my wife bring in her purse. However they let someone bring in a larger one right before her. So she drew attention to this. They didn't care. She had to go buy a $10 clear bag. This really wouldn't have been an issue if it wasn't so inconsistent. Also like I know you can charge whatever you want for food and drink cuz it's your venue and all but should you?! Anyway lawn tickets aren't really worth it. It's like hey you sit outside and watch other people attend a concert.

The sound was good, cool A/V with the projector screens and lights, and it was easy to move about during the concert. We had driven down and parked at BB&T. The peace of mind was worth the money out of pocket. At the time, we didn't often go to this area/part of Jersey, so we decided to park there. We purchased specific seats for this show. I thought the chairs were comfortable. Also, the concession booths had lots of options, and I remember the prices being reasonable.

I went to Franklin Field for the first time this past fall (awesome, must go) so figured I'd also check out the Palestra for a Penn basketball game. Despite not being even close to smart enough to go to UPenn, I'm happy to report I felt like a Quaker rooting on the home team against Yale. It's called "The Cathedral of College Basketball" for a reason. A historic venue that had so many legendary players and games pass through, it's very cool as a basketball fan just to see it and experience it. Concession options are basic but solid. I think something to note, I consider going to a Penn game as a great alternative to going to the Sixers. I now really dislike the Sixers organization. Too many unlikable players who don't care, awful management, terrible ownership and the center city stadium nonsense....where do you even start? As a result I've stopped going to games and will plan on attending more UPenn games. Not only is it a fraction of the cost, but honestly it's a better product, the players actually play and try and it's just a generally fun atmosphere. Only thing to note, I found it kinda tricky to find the arena from one of the parking lots, but that aside great experience.

Opened in 1927, this ancient edifice (Greek for gymnasium) has cramped seating, narrow corridors and water closets that belong to the first half of the 20th Century. Is the brownish color scheme actual paint or the burnt-in nicotine stains from countless Depression-era Chesterfields? Who cares, the place wears it's scars and decrepitude well and is my favorite place to catch some hoops. Maybe the lack of amenities and strict focus on the game at hand that makes it a treat to explore this husk of a building untouched by modernity. Given the absence of amenities it's clear that the crowd is here for the game - definitely my kind of crowd. So talk to your doctor and see if Palestra might be right for you.
