Room for improvement. Let's start with the bad. 1) Even with prepaid parking it is a shitshow. They didn't have parking availability at the event so I opted to park across the street in the Citizens Bank Parking Lot. The individuals who are directing traffic and letting you in do not do a great job. They were waving me to go around when that was not correct at all, luckily I pulled a U turn and had my car half way in the lot when he said pull in. He was legit trying to get me lost after I paid for reserve parking in that designated lot. 2)Went to Chickie's and Pete's ordered one basket of tenders with fries, another order of fries, and three cokes. Bill came to $78, when I asked for a breakdown, the cashier gave me a look like I had three heads and said they don't do that and handed my a receipt just with the total charge on it. The Venue itself presents well, and we had seats in section 113 center which made my first WWE event a very pleasurable experience. Now should I mention that three tickets at this level total almost $1,000? A very expensive night out to go to most events at the Xfinity Mobile Area. You do have Xfinity Live! within a few blocks with big screens and good eats, I would probably opt to watch events at Xfinity Live instead but if you're jonesing to see the event in person be sure to save up for the event. After years of attending events at Xfinity Arena, I remain genuinely baffled by the argument that Philadelphia needed another downtown arena. I saw Florence + the Machine here when it was the Wells Fargo Center, have attended nearly ten Flyers games, and have also come for the Sixers and J. Cole. Each visit has reinforced the same conclusion: this is a world-class venue that already does the difficult things exceptionally well. You can take SEPTA directly to the entire stadium complex, meet friends at Xfinity Live, and walk in or out without turning the evening into a logistical ordeal. Inside, security moves efficiently, the building is consistently clean, and the food includes enough Philadelphia favorites to give the arena a real sense of place. The sightlines are excellent, even from the 200 level, for both hockey and basketball. Concerts work just as well here: the sound is enormous without becoming muddy, and the scale of the room gives a major show the spectacle it deserves. At J. Cole last night, the massive stage, thunderous volume, and electric crowd made the entire building feel alive. Ultimately, this arena succeeds because it is exciting without being chaotic and enormous without becoming impersonal. It handles sports, concerts, and the movement of thousands of people with an ease that is easy to overlook precisely because everything works so smoothly. I understand the appeal of further developing downtown, but I do not understand the instinct to dismiss a venue that remains accessible, functional, and full of energy. Philadelphia already has an incredible arena, and it deserves to be praised accordingly. read more

We went to the Xfinity Mobile Arena to see the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey a few weeks ago. Because it was our first time going here, we decided to get a pre-paid parking at the arena via SpotHero. Yeah, following the GPS directions was a whole ordeal, but in the end it was worth going this route. Going through security was pretty straight-forward. The people working security during that event did a great job directing people and also were friendly. We didn't get anything from concessions or the merch stands that night, but everything looked good. The Ringling Bros show was very A/V dependent, and the arena handled everything well. There were no hiccups throughout the entire runtime. It was a really good show! We look forward to seeing other events or games there in the future. read more

Quick service and security to get in. Typical arena. Overpriced everything. $38 for two miller lites- prices have skyrocketed This obviously varies pending the event but it was nice to have no line for the ladies restroom. The restroom was very clean and well maintained. Overall the area was very clean. They partnered with SpotHero which is convenient. You can buy parking ahead of time using the app, and you get really close parking until the arena for $40. read more

Came here for the Flyers-Rangers game on January 17, 2026. I've been to countless Phillies games over the years but this was my first Flyers game since I was a kid, and first time ever at this arena. Unfortunately my dumb friend from New York came with me and got to gloat as the Rangers stomped the Flyers 6 - 3. But that is neither here nor there. It's a lovely arena. We came by public transport (PATCO from South Jersey and then Septa to the stadium complex in South Philly) so we did not have to deal with parking. We arrived an hour before kickoff and there were no lines so getting in was a breeze. The arena is big and clean with lots to see and do before the game. The prices are exorbitant - $47 for a beer and my first born child for a slice of pizza or whatever it was - but I guess that's to be expected at any concert or sporting event. Overall it was a great time despite the outcome. If it weren't so expensive I would probably come more often. read more

Came here for the first time at this arena to see Demi Lovato's, It's Not That Deep" Tour. Long time fan so I was super excited!! The venue has a capacity to accommodate 19,600 concert goers, similar to MSG which holds 20,000. Pros - acoustics were fantastic. - seats were comfortable with cup holders. - security was quick, they did't even check my bag. Just told me to walk on through. - lots of food choices if you want a quick bite. - restrooms were clean, plenty of stalls for the ladies. - parking and exiting our vehicle was easy. Cons - I got excellent seats close to the floor but I sat sort of sideways if you get my drift. Had to turn my body all the way to my left to see the stage. I would probably get seat(s) in a different section next time. - Parking was expensive $44 including fee. I would have enjoyed the show more if the girl sitting next to me didn't scream and sang along to every one of Lovato's songs right in my ear. Still, I had a blast!! Formally Wells Fargo Arena. Now Xfinity mobile Arena. What a lovely venue. We drove down from northern New Jersey to see Adam Sandler. He was meh. But boy did I love the arena! First of all, unlike all the places up near us parking was a dream. You literally pulled into the parking lot and no matter where you parked. It was like less than a five minute walk. The handicap spots are all probably less than 100 feet from the entrance. We got right in. Lines went fast. All the seat seats give you a great view. They're comfortable. There were a lot of places to eat different selections and plenty of seating. I really enjoyed this venue and would go back there again read more

Though the seats were more comfortable, the food they put in the box was sad and the food you had the option of ordering was so overpriced that it just made more sense to go downstairs to the economy level and buy your food. $65 for a cheese pizza? Came here for the flyers game last night & had a great experience! The game itself was great (flyers win!!!) Getting in was easy & lines werent to long when I arrived. It was a quick and smooth process. Food and drinks were a little pricy but thats normal for any arena. Staff was all very friendly. Everything was ran smoothly -Lines were not a bother and I was grateful for that because the show started before the game! Opened in 1996, this venue has a capacity of 21,000 for basketball, 19,173 for hockey, and 17,597 for arena football. Sat on the 100 level for a recent NHL game. Wide concourse and plenty of food and drink options available on this level. Men's Restroom had plenty of urinals and stalls. Plenty of water bottle filling stations throughout. And the Rangers beat the Flyers 6-3. I may be back next season. read more

I've renamed the venue the X. Too much to say the name & it doesn't flow yet compared to the previous. However, I love going to this arena for sports and concerts! It's always a vibe. I didn't know that the arena name was changed to this name. I came for a boxing event. It's an arena. You already know it's big very busy and the food is very expensive. A bottle of water was $7 and that is ridiculous. You cannot take any bags in there bigger than a certain size if it's bigger than like a little clutch, you have to go to a different entrance to get in. They do make that announcement before they let you in but what if I wasn't standing there in line before they opened the doors to hear the announcement? You have to be directed to another entrance and you go through a metal detector. I felt like I was at the airport going through TSA. The bathrooms are clean. read more

My sister certainly scored with getting us tickets to see Disney on ice during the holiday! My little one is 4 and now that she had the opportunity to see most of the shows highlighted in the presentation it was that more meaningful. The layout and the seating was perfect, especially for kids and parents alike. I was initially worried that they (kids) wouldn't be able to navigate narrow seats and high seating angles but thankfully the seating sections available was very kid friendly. And with that we were able to enjoy the show. Our party of 6 had also previously attended the arena for a 76ers game with my little one and again we didn't have any concerns or issues during that game either. Anything higher might be a problem for kids. We had great times! For kids events I do recommend buying the Disney light ups on Amazon well in advance if you don't want to break the bank because any cool toy sold in the arena was EXPENSIVE! read more

Xfinity Mobile Arena, previously known as the Wells Fargo Center, is a large arena located in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex. If you are driving in and using Interstate 76, it's extremely busy from King of Prussia to just before the complex, so add in extra travel time. I prepaid for parking which made things very easy as they were organized. For those with Verizon, the signal in the area is strong when you have to use apps to pull up your tickets. I was here for the Ghost July 2025 show, and one of the first problems was the lack of signage directing you where to enter the building, which was leading to confusion in the lines. The concert was phoneless and they provided Yondr pouches. Food options were limited in my opinion, and our group had Chickie's & Pete's Crabfries, Pretzel Bites, and drinks. Prices were high and the pretzel bites were terrible. Our seats were on the mezzanine level, and even there every seat seemed to have a good view. Seats however, are barely wide enough for an average sized person. There also were enough bathrooms. Getting out of the parking lot, per every large event, was challenging and took around an hour. Overall, Xfinity Mobile Arena was above average for attending an event and I would return. read more

I have gone here many times over the years for concerts and most recently have attended a few flyers games. The security goes pretty fast and the staff is always generally very nice. There really aren't many bad seats due to the size of the arena as compared to say the linc or citizens bank park. I haven't gone to many of the different food stands but I know there are a few and only certain stands sell certain drinks as well. Overall, a decent venue and not a bad one to navigate! Ample parking options for all the Philly complexes. read more

We just got into Philly on a pretty chilly night about 30 or so degrees coming from 80° weather.. and as we passed the sports complex off the highway, decided to see who was playing tonight, because I LOVE the support of ALL Philly teams fans We ended up searching tickets on StubHub and Ticketmaster and they were $15 each. Plus $12 each service tax and fees and decided to go to a Flyers game. They played the LA Kings. We did not purchase parking online because it also has service fees attached to its charge of $25 which ended up at like $55 There was ample amount of parking and the people at the gates were helpful enough to tell you where to go to purchase parking. The game started at 7:30 so I'm assuming doors opened at seven we got to that side of town by 7 and and get parking (3 rows from the entrance) Inside is HUMONGOUS! I don't feel like there's a bad seat in the arena! Enjoy. Get your snacks and be merry! read more

Attended the Sixers vs Spurs game on December 23rd. Lots to love about the venue. *Prepaid for parking. Just scanned my QR code and we were in. Super easy. *Outdoor security area was heated with heat lamps. Lines moved quickly. We were through security in a short amount of time. *Love the Flyers/Sixers holiday decorations in the lobbies. *Dancers doing acrobatics as soon as we entered. Cool touch. *Seats were easy to find and super comfortable. *Great views of the court from the higher seats. *Exiting was quick. Out of the parking lot in less than five minutes. So why not five stars? Only because of the food options. I wish there were more vegan options. As it was, I settled for fries and soft pretzels. Could we get a vegan cheese steak or bialy here? I was at Wells Fargo for a Flyers game. Love the way it's decorated for the holidays with both Flyers and Sixers trees. There are so many places to grab something to eat whether you want a full meal or a snack. Insomnia cookies and Federal donuts add to the sweets available but nothing beats the Turkey Hill soft serve ice cream. We were lucky to be in a suite with excellent seats. The only disappointment is the ice cream cart is no longer available :( read more

I've been to the Wells Fargo on different occasions...Basketball Games; Disney on and various concerts! The past visits were adequate, but this visit was for a 'Chris Brown' concert! I had the pleasure of being invited to attend the concert, but I was told we were in a suite! Let's Go!! Premium seating is on the 'Broad Street' entrance! The escalator to the suites is on the right! If you have mobility issues..walk to the elevators..across from 121 seating area! The suite was great! The view even better! You are assigned a room attendant to take food/drink orders! Tip: Food/drinks are at least 60-70% higher...if everyone in the suite are together...ordering food in the suite may work for the group..but if it's a mixed group...take a walk downstairs to purchase food! Now...the concert was great! Breezy and was Sold Out and this guy is energetic and a great Entertainer! Bonus: Comedian Bill Bellamy was in the Suite next to our group..super nice dude! read more

I attended a flyers game here and I must say I was pretty impressed with the facility. It's also next to Lincoln financial field and citizens bank park. So there is plenty of parking available. There is also xfinity live near the stadium where there is bars and restaurants to get food. Wells Fargo is a perfect size there isn't a bad seat in the house. The chairs are very comfortable there not your normal bleacher but are leather chairs. The prices are little high for food and drink though and the bathrooms are pretty clean as well. I came here for a Janet Jackson and Nelly concert and it was a really fun time! The stadium is much bigger than the one in my hometown and I liked how the food & drink stations were setup. Everyone seemed to be in good spirits so the mood was upbeat and lively. We were totally squished in our seats and could still move around if need be. Saw the Deftones here on April 4th. It was an amazing show. As usual, I had bought the cheapest tickets I could find on good ole Ticketmaster. I actually gave several friends concert tickets as their Christmas presents last year because Jeremy and I go to shows all the time, and have extra seats in our van, so why not bring friends? We took Justin to this show. Getting to the arena was slightly, ever-so-slightly, annoying because the baseball team was playing that night so traffic was a bit crazy. But once we got into the parking lot ($35), it was better. Though the venue could use some more curb-cuts/ramps out front. Going through security was interesting. I knew they wouldn't want me to drive my chair through the metal detector, but no one came to open a gate or anything for me until I sat there, blocking anyone else from coming through. Then, even though event staff yelled at other event staff to open the gate for me, a random concert-goer was the one who did it, when I started to do it myself (Jeremy and Justin had to go through the metal detector and weren't nearby to help me). We went to Guest Services where they were more than happy to upgrade my tickets to an accessible area - on the clubhouse level. There's a great family restroom nearby, but the bartender at the bar behind our seats didn't know anything about bartending. I sent Jeremy to get me an orange crush, and he was told that they didn't have any oranges. So he came back with a wretched semi-pineapple concoction that apparently cost something like $40!! Yo - never again with buying drinks at Wells Fargo. That's out-freaking-rageous. Justin also got some sort of cocktail that tasted horrible. After the show, exiting the parking lot was a breeze. Yes, it took us several hours to get home to Baltimore, and I didn't make it to bed until after 2am, but it still beats driving to DC. Plus, I'll take any excuse to go to Philly and get a cheesesteak. Our next show is Primus, Perfect Circle, and Puscifier in mid-May. I'm super stoked. Concerts = Life! read more

I had to update my review since the last time I saw a show here because clearly the seating at this venue is not created equal. I did not even realize how good our seats would be when I was purchasing because tickets were selling like hot cakes to see this musical icon. The club level is where you want to be on either side. There are not one but two bars, high top tables and the view from your seats is so close to the stage. There's also a jumbo trim right in front of you so yeah. And the seats themselves were super comfortable. Complete 180 from my last review. read more

My husband and I had tickets for the Earth, Wind and Fire/Lionel Ritchie concert on July 16th As we entered on the South Broad St entrance we were going through security when the security (Asian) gentleman told my husband to put his phone and keys in the bin. The guy ahead of my husband had his keys in the same bin and my husband said "not until he goes through' security guy said "no, no put them in" so my husband did as told. As my husband went through he was stopped to be searched and then asked "where are my keys" "those keys are not mine"!!!!! The guy ahead took my husband's keys!!! We went to Guest Services at Section 121 and was told to check back after the show. When it started I was crying so upset. How was I supposed to enjoy this show when we had no house keys and someone else took them!!!! We were not able to sing along, dance and enjoy like everyone else! So disappointing. The security at this place is horrible. How do you have someone else take our keys, what kind of security is that!!!! We tried to contact the venue with several calls and emails but no response. I will not attend another event at this venue. The security is horrendous!!! That Asian security guard should be fired!!! Not acceptable to force a patron to put personal items in a bin with someone else item. Xfinity---do better! Still waiting for someone to contact me!!! read more

I've been here many many times but most recently came here with 4 friends to catch the ELO concert for the Over and Out tour! We got tickets online and had a seamless check-in. The security area was quick and while parking is $35, we didn't have much of a problem finding a spot/leaving after the show. There are lots of food and drink options, which I usually pass up due to the expense and we choose to eat elsewhere. The show itself was, of course, amazing! The spectacle of lights, screens, audio quality, etc came through for a great show. I was honestly surprised at how well organized the traffic in and out of the stadium seating was since there were so many people! The area we sat in had some pretty steep seats so it felt lowkey precarious to get up and dance, but we had an awesome view. I went to see this show in MSG last week and it's a big difference seeing a show in NYC vs Philly. It's really great that it feels like every seat has a good view of the show and it's not a million dollars to attend. read more

While the staff is mostly wonderful, a few things could improve... 1) whatever is happening with staff compensation - this needs to stop and the company managing the place should pay the employees living wages. 2) better/healthier food choices - all but the salad place are over salted, greased or sugared.. 3) in the coldest nights (including with snow), they somehow think it's a great idea do have us out asap, and block internal paths of movement. Visited Wells Fargo Center for Flyers Game in February. Follow the instructions on your ticket to ensure you are going in the right lot. You will also be validated for parking, and attendants will guide you as well. Once you park, based on a ticket, you can enter regular or premium entrance and go through security check and then enter this beautifully maintained Wells Fargo center. the place is maintained very well and colorful with nice lighting, and the temperature is maintained well for the ice hockey game. Some goodies were distributed as you entered the stadium. There are a ton of food options available in the stadium. We will visit this place to catch the 76ers game. read more
