I was rerouted to TicketsFirstClass.com from Stubdot.com. My order online provided a total amount that included $25 for express delivery. When I received my bill it included an additional separate tax surcharge for approximately $30. Furthermore, I receive a call from the contact at the website asking when I'm going to pick up the tickets. Last I checked, when you pay $25 for shipping, it should come to you. Well, I reviewed the invoice and it said "local pickup only". Bait and switched twice. Add in the rude salesperson on the other end of the line and we have ourselves a definite thumbs down for this company. Stay away. read more

Horrible business. Called them and was told they had two tickets ready for us. We just had to meet them near the ticket window to pick up. Took down credit card info as well Drove up from Indianapolis and called when we were at soldier field. The man who sold us the tickets continually hung up on us after we told him we were ready to pick up the tickets. When he did answer he either told us his partner would give us the tickets or he would be there in 30 minutes. After continually hanging up, he called an told us he didn't get the tickets and them hung up. This was minutes before the game. Worst business ever. The company promises tickets, but is actually planning to scalp and then flip you the tickets on game day. Don't ever use. They have our credit card info, were terribly rude, and stood us up on tickets after we had driven over 3 hours. read more

Zero Stars! I have never reviewed a company for yelp but I have never been treated so rudely by a company. I'm pretty sure the owner has some issues with customer service. Like the other reviews I too experienced an extra charge IN ADDITION to sales tax which I was not aware of until he had my card info. I told him I would not pay this and he laughed at me saying it was sales tax. Sir - I know it's chicago but it's not 35% sales tax. I was told I would be issued a refund and have yet to recieve it. I called him just now to get it and he told me to call my credit card company after talking to me like I was a moron b/c I cared that my $236 had not come back after 10 days. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

No idea why the two negative reviews are have been posted. I've been working with the owner as well as a few of his reps for the past 3 years and he has always come through. He actually just helped me on Christmas day at 7pm taking a call on his cell phone. I have always gotten exactly what I was told and I was even upgraded for free onto the floor of WWE RAW last Monday. Rude. Unprofessional. Disgusted. What a horrible transaction. These people should not be allowed to do business as a company. They told me they had hard tickets for me and I had to pick them up. Ok... So I go to pick them up. The one guy tells me he's not there and I have to meet up with someone else. This someone else wouldn't pick up his phone. Over 30 minutes later, I have to go find him after he finally calls me back. He reaches into his pocket to give me a crunched up pair of e-tickets. Really? I had a good experience. Traveled to Chicago from Houston for a concert -- a concert that got postponed for a year -- and maintained contact with TicketsFirstClass during that year. Owner emailed to confirm tickets would be held (refunds were not an option) and he called proactively to ensure ticket delivery arrangements were clear. He met us right where planned, offered a discounted ticket upgrade (1/2 off the incremental face value!), and brought a map to illustrate where our new seats would be. Incredibly rude salesmen. I tried paying with two different cards, paypal, and finally resorted in sending a check because they claimed none of the online transactions worked. shady? on top of that after i was sent a receipt and saw my check was cashed, i get a call saying they never received payment. I placed the order online and realized that the site said the tix would be at will call and to show up with an ID to get them. I had bought them for my daughter and her friend, and was concerned that they would be in my name. So I called the company and he said no problem, he would email them to me and I could just print them out. The plan for getting us our tickets kept changing, with no explanation of why. First I was told if I signed the emailed paperwork he would email me the tickets within a few hours. That evening he said they would come the next day, then changed it again to 24 hours before the event. Then he called to say we needed to call and arrange a meeting with some guy outside the event on the day of the show. . We called the new guy, ended up waiting over an hour for him to show up, during which the owner called me and went off on me saying he just didn't understand why I had a problem with the new plans. Plus there was an extra charge of $24.06 on the invoice charged to my card called "other" expenses. Though we did get our tickets, NEVER AGAIN! read more
